Oversee fertilizer production operations, ensure product flow meets schedules and customer specs, perform and document quality checks, start up and maintain equipment, operate and troubleshoot machinery, train and mentor staff, fill in production roles as needed, maintain safety and cleanliness, perform data entry and basic MS Office tasks, and work varied shifts including overtime and weekends.

Provide strategic HR partnership to farm leadership, lead People Ops program implementation, advise on employee relations, analyze HR metrics, ensure compliance with labor and safety laws, coach supervisors, and drive process improvements to support workforce planning and employee engagement.

Inspect eggs on the processing line, remove defective or foreign-material items, ensure USDA and food-safety compliance, assist with clean-up and training, report machine or quality issues, and maintain production pace in a fast-paced, physical environment.

Support and implement farm compliance programs for biosecurity, animal health/welfare, environmental compliance, and pest control. Assist with documentation, internal and external audits, testing coordination, employee training, corrective actions, and continuous improvement to meet regulatory and customer standards for layer and pullet flocks.
