Manage and optimize communications platforms (SharePoint, ADP, OptiSigns, CMS), create engaging content, lead event planning, analyze engagement metrics, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure consistent, accessible internal communications across stakeholders.

Provide strategic HR partnership to farm leadership, lead People Ops program implementation, advise on employee relations, analyze HR metrics, ensure compliance with labor and safety laws, coach supervisors, and drive process improvements to support workforce planning and employee engagement.
