Palletizer I stacks, labels, wraps, and organizes egg carton cases on pallets according to customer and production requirements. The role involves inspecting pallets, removing boxes from conveyor belts, separating damaged cases, documenting completion, operating pallet jacks and tape machines, reporting equipment issues, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Candidates must handle physical lifting and extended standing, follow USDA and safety requirements, and work flexible overtime, weekend, holiday, and night shifts as production demands.
