Ensure products meet USDA, company, and customer specifications by monitoring compliance with federal/state regulations, performing sanitation inspections, testing process controls (wash water, sanitizer, pH, temperatures), candling eggs, maintaining records, supporting traceability/hold/rework programs, and communicating deviations to management to maintain food safety and quality standards.

Support daily poultry barn operations, maintain flock health and welfare, clean and service feeders/waterers, remove deceased birds, monitor mortality and feed records, maintain lighting/ventilation, perform physical barn maintenance, and follow USDA/FDA/SQF/OSHA regulations. Work includes nights, weekends, overtime, and varied climate conditions.

Perform physical palletizing tasks in a fast-paced warehouse: stack, label, wrap, and document egg cartons and cases; operate pallet jacks and tape machines; follow USDA and safety procedures; report issues and maintain cleanliness.
