Inspect eggs on a processing line to remove damaged, dirty, rotten, or foreign-contaminated eggs, ensure USDA and safety standards, place eggs for rewash, report machine issues, assist cleanup, and support team training while following GMP, HACCP, SQF, and biosecurity protocols.

Provide daily care and monitoring of pullets (1 day–16 weeks): health checks, mortality removal, feeding/watering, barn cleanliness and maintenance, vaccinations, pest control, environmental inspections, and adherence to biosecurity and safety protocols.

The Processing Lead supervises daily operations in egg processing, ensuring quality, safety, and efficient task completion while training and guiding team members.
