Engage leads through LinkedIn, social media, email, and cold calls; prioritize Tier 1 and Tier 2 target companies; generate and qualify leads; coordinate sales activities; conduct service demonstrations; and communicate effectively in English.

Manages project execution, planning, scheduling, budgeting, billing, documentation, commissioning, reporting, resource mobilization, and cost control. Coordinates customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams; monitors risks, contractual obligations, quality, customer satisfaction, cash flow, invoice collection, and project progress. Extensive travel to customer and industrial sites across Jharkhand is required.

Lead business development and market expansion across Defence and Railways sectors. Build relationships with the Indian Navy, Army, Aerospace organizations, Ministry of Defence, DRDO, Defence PSUs, railways, and private MNCs. Manage defence tendering, including RFI, RFP, EOI, and contract negotiations under DAP/DPP. Develop sales pipelines, secure key accounts, conduct market research, achieve targets, and represent the company at industry events. Extensive travel is required.
