Define agent interactions, proactive insights, information architecture, and cross-product design patterns. Partner with engineering and product teams to optimize performance and consistency, while running experiments and analyzing onboarding, adoption, and engagement metrics. The role requires experience building developer-facing dashboard or control-plane products, with strong product design, analytics, and AI perspectives.

Design, build, and operate Vercel’s Workflows, Queues, and Cron platform capabilities. Develop APIs, SDKs, and tooling for durable, event-driven, and scheduled workloads. Solve distributed-systems challenges involving message delivery, retries, execution, state, concurrency, and fault tolerance. Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and developer experience teams, engage with developers and open-source communities, and maintain high standards for tested code, technical communication, and production ownership.

Leads and grows the Dashboard engineering team responsible for Vercel’s customer-facing developer platform. Partners with Product, Design, Data, and engineering teams to set priorities, guide frontend architecture, improve performance and reliability, contribute code, manage incidents, and balance product delivery with long-term scalability. Builds a high-performing, inclusive team while ensuring an intuitive, high-quality developer experience.

Own and grow a portfolio of startup customers from adoption through scale. Build trusted relationships with founders, developers, and technical leaders; analyze usage signals to identify adoption and expansion opportunities; coordinate Sales Engineering, Support, Product, and other teams; guide AI-native architecture adoption; and develop automated, repeatable customer-growth playbooks.

Serve as the primary technical partner contact, building integrations, proofs of concept, reference applications, documentation, workshops, and enablement programs. Support partner-attached sales opportunities, technical events, and conferences while gathering product feedback. The role requires strong frontend and full-stack web development, AI application and agent architecture expertise, partner relationship management, developer advocacy, and collaboration across globally distributed teams. Travel up to 25% is required.

Partners with Sales and RevOps leadership on forecasting, budgeting, headcount planning, quota capacity, commissions, bookings, and productivity. Owns Sales financial planning and business reviews, translates variances into recommendations, and builds scalable reporting, dashboards, and processes to improve forecast accuracy and operational efficiency.

Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market functions, including sourcing, pipeline development, candidate screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and closing. Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, calibrate candidates, and improve hiring processes. Track recruiting metrics, report progress and risks, and use AI and recruiting technology to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Generates and qualifies outbound sales opportunities among startups across EMEA, particularly the UK, Ireland, and DACH regions. Responsibilities include researching prospects, tailoring outreach to technical and business leaders, scheduling meetings, building pipeline with Account Executives, and collaborating with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success. The role provides foundational experience in SaaS technical sales and requires regular in-office work at Vercel’s London office.

Negotiate customer, vendor, partnership, reseller, and procurement agreements. Advise go-to-market teams, manage commercial deal pipelines, develop contract templates and playbooks, and improve legal workflows using AI tools. Support regional expansion and potentially product, privacy, security, EMEA, and APAC initiatives while managing high-volume work in a fast-paced technology environment.

Own and evolve Vercel’s agentic infrastructure and build/deployment systems at scale. Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Studio, APIs); partner with People, Finance, IT, and Engineering to translate processes into reliable integrations; monitor integration health, document mappings and logic, and contribute to testing, security, and change-management for scalable HR system integrations.

The role involves leading co-sell strategies within AWS, developing joint account plans, enabling AWS sellers, and driving measurable revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Lead the architecture and development of Vercel’s next-generation data platform, supporting batch and real-time integrations, analytics, data warehousing, and AI/ML workloads. Own product design and frontend implementation for Vercel’s AI Gateway across the website, dashboard, CLI, and APIs. Translate complex AI infrastructure concepts into understandable, accessible, high-performance experiences. Work directly with customers, product managers, and engineers to research problems, ship production-quality solutions, and improve them after launch. Use React, TypeScript, product data, customer feedback, and coding agents while maintaining responsibility for quality, testing, debugging, and resilience.

Leads and scales Vercel’s EMEA Solutions Architect organization, driving technical excellence across pre-sales, supporting strategic customer engagements, coaching teams, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and overseeing staffing, budgeting, recruiting, performance reporting, and repeatable field strategies.

Build and operate high-scale CDN serving and caching services for ISR, PPR, image optimization, and other content. Work across Go, Lua, and TypeScript; execute projects from implementation through progressive rollout and production validation.
