Use performance data and partner feedback to improve programs, establish repeatable operating models, and translate partnership strategy into measurable cross-functional execution.

Provide onsite and remote IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, AV, and access issues. Manage ticketing, endpoint systems, user accounts, onboarding equipment, conference room technology, documentation, and IT process improvements. Collaborate with Workplace Services, People, and IT teams while using AI tools and scripting to automate tasks and resolve issues efficiently.

Work with Vercel’s engineering team on end-to-end projects, including scoping, building, shipping, reviewing production code, debugging systems, and communicating progress. Interns will be mentored by experienced engineers and contribute to products used by customers. The role requires strong JavaScript or TypeScript skills, familiarity with AI tooling, independent problem-solving, written communication, and commuting to Vercel’s San Francisco office three days weekly.

Software Engineering Interns will own end-to-end projects, write and review production code, debug real systems, and collaborate with experienced engineers. They will work on products impacting Vercel customers, communicate progress asynchronously, and use AI tools effectively. Applicants must be pursuing a related degree, graduating in December 2027 or May 2028, demonstrate JavaScript or TypeScript proficiency, and be based in San Francisco with availability to commute Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

Own enterprise accounts in AMER: qualify and guide customers through migration to Vercel, manage onboarding, and drive post-sale adoption. Close large (6-7 figure) Enterprise SaaS deals, sell to technical buyers, work outbound, and collaborate with legal, procurement, and security teams.

Owns FP&A for Engineering, Product, and Design, including OpEx and headcount planning, infrastructure and SaaS cost modeling, budget-versus-actuals reviews, workforce forecasting, investment analysis, and scalable financial controls. Partners with technical and corporate leaders to evaluate hiring, vendor spend, build-versus-buy decisions, and R&D capitalization while improving forecasting accuracy, reporting automation, and financial visibility.

Lead a hands-on engineering team developing Next.js. Write and review production code, own major technical initiatives, make architectural decisions, debug performance and reliability issues, coach engineers, improve execution, collaborate across Product, Design, Infrastructure, and Developer Experience, support open-source contributors, and participate in recruiting. The role focuses primarily on technical leadership and engineering execution while providing focused people leadership.

Lead the architecture and development of Vercel’s Finance Data Platform supporting revenue recognition, consumption-based billing, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. Build reliable batch and real-time pipelines using Kafka, ClickHouse, Tinybird, and Snowflake; establish governance, lineage, auditability, monitoring, and fault tolerance; translate Finance and Accounting requirements into scalable systems; guide architecture and roadmap decisions; collaborate with Security, Legal, Compliance, Audit, FP&A, and RevOps; and mentor data engineers.

Own product design for Vercel Marketplace and Connect, shaping builder and partner experiences for discovering, provisioning, configuring, billing, and managing integrations. Collaborate with Product and Engineering, conduct customer and partner research, define success measures, prototype with coding agents, and validate improvements through experiments. Translate complex technical concepts such as OAuth, permissions, credentials, and provider constraints into clear, accessible experiences while establishing reusable design patterns and maintaining quality through launch and iteration.

Own SOX program execution across business process and IT controls, including risk assessments, walkthroughs, control design, testing, documentation, issue remediation, and audit coordination. Lead ITGC and application-control activities across Finance, IT, Security, Engineering, and Business Systems. Manage SOX workstreams, evaluate deficiencies, maintain control matrices, and improve evidence collection and monitoring through scalable processes, AI, and automation.

Own strategic sourcing and negotiations for cloud infrastructure, AI providers, hyperscalers, and technical services. Structure IaaS, compute, storage, capacity, committed-spend, and usage-based agreements; analyze pricing and consumption economics; and manage supplier relationships through renewals. Partner with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Security to forecast demand, evaluate vendors, reduce commercial risk, and improve pricing. Build AI-powered sourcing tools and playbooks to increase negotiation throughput and deal quality.

Own the global quote-to-contract cycle, including deal reviews, approvals, structuring, and CPQ configuration. Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Pricing, and other teams to execute complex deals, launch pricing and packaging, maintain revenue and opportunity data integrity, and improve forecasting. Analyze deal performance, develop sales enablement materials, streamline processes, and use AI and automation to scale revenue operations.

Own reliable billing, usage, and contract data pipelines; build dbt transformations, data models, semantic datasets, and finance reporting infrastructure. Resolve data quality issues, establish testing and documentation standards, support revenue recognition and forecasting, partner with Finance stakeholders, make architecture decisions, review code, and mentor engineers.

Lead Vercel’s consumption forecasting strategy and end-to-end machine learning systems across infrastructure products. Develop advanced time-series, probabilistic, hierarchical, causal, and predictive models for operational and financial planning. Build scalable tooling for backtesting, monitoring, drift detection, retraining, and explainability. Partner with Finance, Infrastructure, Product, and GTM leadership on revenue planning, capacity optimization, pricing, and adoption scenarios. Set technical standards, influence organizational ML practices, and mentor senior data scientists and ML engineers.

Manage the full sales cycle for Vercel, partnering with various teams to drive revenue growth by advising startups and guiding them through technical and business growth.

Lead Growth Design for the self-serve journey (signup, onboarding, activation, monetization, retention) for people and agents. Identify opportunities via research and data, prototype and ship experiments using modern AI and design tools, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data, measure results, and convert successful experiments into durable product improvements and reusable patterns.

Own end-to-end presentation design and systems, creating high-impact decks and templates across Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Figma. Translate complex technical ideas into clear visual narratives, partner with executives and cross-functional teams, build scalable templates and governance, and prototype tooling/automation with Design Engineering to streamline presentation workflows for high-visibility events and everyday use.
