Acts as technical liaison for sales and engineering: defines customer requirements, demonstrates products, builds prototypes with R&D, ensures solutions meet specifications, supports installation and post-sale issue resolution, and addresses quality complaints.

Lead investor relations strategy and external financial narrative; act as primary contact for investors and analysts; manage earnings communications, investor outreach, roadshows, and investor materials; advise CFO/CEO with market intelligence and ensure compliant, consistent external disclosures.

Perform stage-wise inspections on the production floor using precision measuring tools and GD&T; document and analyze defects, lead RCA and CAPA, maintain calibration and inspection records, support audits, and drive continuous improvement (SPC, 5S, Kaizen).

Lead enterprise, cross-functional projects end-to-end: plan budgets and resources, manage risks/issues, report to executives, mentor junior PMs, drive governance, process improvement, and change management.

Maintain and update the risk management file, coordinate cross-functional risk reviews and mitigations, monitor global regulatory vigilance, run database searches for incidents, support post-market surveillance, assist audits, and review risk for engineering change notices.

Provide pre- and post-sales technical and customer support for products: respond to inquiries, manage RMAs, resolve scheduling/shipping/invoicing issues, validate warranty claims, and identify upsell opportunities while coordinating across departments to meet service and sales goals.

Lead strategy, product requirements, and go-to-market for industrial X-ray imaging solutions (photon counting detectors, microfocus sources, component bundles). Drive market analysis, roadmap, NPI, cross-functional launches, customer engagement with OEMs, and sales enablement to scale new products globally.

Support and develop assembly-based production processes for photon counting detectors. Own assembly tools, implement minor mechanical product changes via CAD, maintain and train on production instructions, and collaborate with R&D and production.

Create and maintain operator, service, installation, and troubleshooting documentation for high-energy cargo imaging systems. Translate complex designs and schematics into clear user materials, support NPI, manage revisions, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, field service, and quality teams.

Design and analyze high-voltage (up to 30 kV) pulsed and CW power systems for charged-particle accelerators. Perform feasibility studies, testing, detailed design, prototype fabrication, and support engineering change, PLM, and configuration management. Hands-on work with modulators, HV supplies, control circuits, and klystron/magnetron systems.

Lead strategy, solution development, and go-to-market execution for CT imaging portfolio. Drive NPI for photon-counting detectors, MBX tubes, and dual-energy solutions; define product requirements and roadmaps; perform market analysis; collaborate cross-functionally; engage OEMs and support global launches and sales enablement.

Drive new account acquisition and expand existing accounts for advanced NDT inspection services (DR, CT). Own full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract negotiation, forecasting, and project coordination while ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. Manage pipeline, pricing, and cross-sell/upsell to convert one-time jobs into long-term programs.

Lead and execute manufacturing process improvements, own ECO/change management and PFMEA activities, coordinate production development with R&D, support production, and participate in product data management under ISO quality systems.

Lead and supervise production floor operations to meet production, quality, cost, and safety goals. Develop schedules, assign tasks, coach staff, monitor quality, troubleshoot issues, maintain production records, and collaborate with supply chain, engineering, quality, and maintenance to implement process improvements.

Coordinate and prepare internal and external audits and regulatory compliance activities. Support GLP training, privacy/security adherence, corrective actions, investigator site and supplier audits, and assist during regulatory inspections and clinical trial submissions.

Assemble and process electronic/electro-mechanical components and sub-assemblies using hand and semi-automated tools. Follow documentation, perform soldering/wiring, inspect and test parts, adjust processes, maintain safety and clean work area, assist with training and preventative maintenance.

Designs, implements, validates, and maintains production control and manufacturing equipment. Oversees installation/upgrades, analyzes equipment performance and reliability, develops uptime and preventative maintenance programs, and provides technical support to repair and process engineering teams.

Support production planning and scheduling to coordinate materials, labor loading, and capacity. Implement planned schedules, verify material availability, and perform routine tasks under close supervision in a manufacturing environment.

Provide on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of complex electronic/electro-mechanical imaging systems. Deliver phone/remote support, train field personnel, order parts, maintain technical records and documentation, and act as customer liaison for assigned projects.
