Acts as technical liaison for sales and engineering: defines customer requirements, demonstrates products, builds prototypes with R&D, ensures solutions meet specifications, supports installation and post-sale issue resolution, and addresses quality complaints.

Lead enterprise, cross-functional projects end-to-end: plan budgets and resources, manage risks/issues, report to executives, mentor junior PMs, drive governance, process improvement, and change management.

Supervise and participate in daily production activities to meet output, quality, and cost goals. Lead floor-based teams, prioritize schedules, support safety and continuous improvement (Lean/DFT/JIT), assist in budgeting and staffing, and use ERP/business tools to monitor performance.

Optimize and implement production tools, equipment, and processes for electrical and embedded products. Design, validate, and improve electrical/embedded control systems and EMC/PCB practices; lead investigations and corrective actions; support DFM/DFT/DFR, firmware/software integration, validations, documentation, customer reviews, and training to improve safety, quality, yield, and productivity.

Coordinate and prepare internal and external audits and regulatory compliance activities. Support GLP training, privacy/security adherence, corrective actions, investigator site and supplier audits, and assist during regulatory inspections and clinical trial submissions.

Operate and set up grinding equipment to manufacture precision x-ray tube bearings. Perform heat treating, finishing, honing, brazing, assembly, troubleshooting, and repairs. Train and direct junior machinists, adapt tooling and cutting parameters, and ensure process documentation and quality standards are met.

Hands-on systems engineer responsible for administering Microsoft SQL Server, performing OS/application upgrades, supporting enterprise applications and monitoring, deploying engineering/CAD software, automating license provisioning and workflows, expanding monitoring and repository governance, and maintaining operational runbooks to improve reliability and resilience.

Develops new accounts and expands existing accounts within a geographic territory by building customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, executing sales strategies, managing orders/quotations, and achieving revenue and profitability targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Designs, programs, debugs, and modifies embedded firmware and FPGA code. Troubleshoots IC embedded applications interfacing with analog and digital hardware. Programs in machine language, assembly, and high-level languages (C/C++). Works independently on complex problems, interacts with senior stakeholders, completes assigned LMS training, and may travel as needed.

Set up and operate manual and CNC machine tools from blueprints, perform precision cutting and shaping of metal, inspect parts to tolerances, make tool adjustments, and assist engineers. Follow procedures, complete assigned LMS training, and maintain safety and PPE protocols.

Support month-end close, prepare management accounts and variance analysis, maintain stock/WIP and cost of sales, process fixed assets and VAT, assist audits, improve controls, and support SAP implementation while providing on-site transactional accounting and expense review.

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests for imaging and control software. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in test planning, troubleshoot deployed systems including occasional field validation, and document defects using issue tracking tools.

Designs, implements, validates, and maintains production control and manufacturing equipment. Oversees installation/upgrades, analyzes equipment performance and reliability, develops uptime and preventative maintenance programs, and provides technical support to repair and process engineering teams.

Support production planning and scheduling to coordinate materials, labor loading, and capacity. Implement planned schedules, verify material availability, and perform routine tasks under close supervision in a manufacturing environment.

Develop and maintain manufacturing processes and documentation, perform capability studies and measurement system analysis, troubleshoot equipment, lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions, support production and quality teams, manage process qualification activities, and collaborate with suppliers on tooling and fixtures.

Prepare and maintain accounting systems and records including journal entries, GL, AR/AP, reconciliations, and financial statements. Monitor project revenues/expenditures, ensure US GAAP compliance and revenue recognition, generate reports, and support tax and billing activities. Use ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and common productivity tools.
