Develops and executes system-level test plans for high-energy cargo inspection systems. Performs testing, hardware and software integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and radiation-safe operations. Collaborates with engineering and regulatory teams to improve system performance, documents test results, supports root cause analysis and corrective actions, and contributes to verification, validation, new product introduction, and product lifecycle activities.

The Network Engineer II supports and improves global enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, VPN, WAN, and Azure-connected environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting incidents, monitoring performance, implementing infrastructure projects, managing changes, supporting security controls, coordinating with carriers and vendors, maintaining documentation, and assisting with compliance and cybersecurity investigations. The role supports corporate, engineering, manufacturing, data center, warehouse, and office locations, with occasional after-hours work and domestic or international travel.

Leads supplier quality activities, including supplier qualification, part and process development reviews, audits, defect reduction, quality assurance protocols, and supplier performance analysis. Plans, designs, develops, and tests software systems and applications, with emphasis on system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. Tests Windows-based imaging applications and X-ray, CT, security scanner, and medical device systems. Works with Agile Scrum teams, automated testing tools, cross-platform environments, networking concepts, and Python, shell scripting, and JavaScript.

Provides legal guidance for global data privacy compliance, including DPAs, data transfers, DPIAs, AI systems, data subject rights, breach response, and privacy documentation. Advises stakeholders on evolving privacy regulations, coordinates with external counsel, and supports the Global Data Privacy Officer. Handles minor local governmental, employment, labor, and commercial legal matters, including filings, registrations, and contract reviews.

Own the mechanical architecture and detailed design of next-generation X-ray detectors from concept through production and sustaining engineering. Create SolidWorks CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and documentation; plan mechanical verification and validation; design manufacturing fixtures; support prototyping and testing; and collaborate with electronics, systems, manufacturing, procurement, product, and program teams to qualify suppliers and optimize performance, cost, schedule, and manufacturability.

Drive new account acquisition and expand existing accounts for advanced NDT inspection services (DR, CT). Own full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract negotiation, forecasting, and project coordination while ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. Manage pipeline, pricing, and cross-sell/upsell to convert one-time jobs into long-term programs.

Develops new accounts and expands existing accounts within a geographic territory by building customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, executing sales strategies, managing orders/quotations, and achieving revenue and profitability targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Designs, programs, debugs, and modifies embedded firmware and FPGA code. Troubleshoots IC embedded applications interfacing with analog and digital hardware. Programs in machine language, assembly, and high-level languages (C/C++). Works independently on complex problems, interacts with senior stakeholders, completes assigned LMS training, and may travel as needed.

Designs, implements, validates, and maintains production control and manufacturing equipment. Oversees installation/upgrades, analyzes equipment performance and reliability, develops uptime and preventative maintenance programs, and provides technical support to repair and process engineering teams.
