Prepare and maintain accounting systems and records including journal entries, GL, AR/AP, reconciliations, and financial statements. Monitor project revenues/expenditures, ensure US GAAP compliance and revenue recognition, generate reports, and support tax and billing activities. Use ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and common productivity tools.

Manages general accounting, SAP FICO transactions, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, manufacturing accounting, accounts payable, fixed assets, GST and TDS compliance, audits, and internal controls. Reviews financial postings, inventory accounting, tax codes, and statutory documentation while coordinating with production, costing, tax, audit, and SAP support teams. Supports SAP process improvements, testing, reporting, and accounting control enhancements.

Manages export administration and legal compliance for international shipments. Prepares Electronic Export Information filings, secures export licenses, reviews contracts for compliance clauses, coordinates with internal teams, customers, freight forwarders, and customs officials, selects qualified carriers, and prepares documentation for accurate and timely product shipments.
