Supervise onsite electrical installations and controls commissioning for material handling projects. Lead technicians, manage PLC/HMI installation and OT software downloads, perform pre-commissioning (I/O checks, field wiring tests), integration with SCADA, troubleshooting, testing (MRT), documentation, HSE activities, surveys, coordination with subcontractors/procurement, and training for smooth handovers.

Support sales and bid processes for parcel and warehouse sortation/material handling projects. Prepare compliance matrices, pre-qualification documents, noise and power calculations, 3D demo simulations, and sustainability inputs. Coordinate with specialists, contribute to deliverables during pre-bid/bid/closing, and update senior management on bid status while engaging customers through presentations and workshops.

Lead and professionalize regional Airports Service sales across EU and LATAM: set strategy, generate sales plans, drive new service acquisition, manage service portfolio (operations, maintenance, RMR), define sales processes (CRM, pipeline, forecasting), support complex bids, and align cross‑regional teams to retain and grow long‑term service contracts.

Lead contract management for projects: implement processes and claim strategies, analyze contracts for risks and entitlements, manage lifecycle administration, support negotiations, advise project teams, and collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance and the Contract Management Office to protect project performance and financial KPIs.

Manage complex employee relations caseload end-to-end, lead investigations, draft and implement employment policies, create manager toolkits, and deliver ER training. Provide risk-based advice, maintain audit-ready documentation, analyse ER trends, and support wider HR initiatives to ensure consistent, legally compliant people management.
