The Senior Automation Support Engineer II supports customer sites during system launches, ensuring system stability and effective incident resolution while providing technical guidance in high-throughput environments.

Travel up to 25% and support 24/7 operations.

Lead procurement strategy and supplier development across Airports and Distribution domains. The Senior ICT Specialist will support international IT infrastructure projects, monitor datacenter health, and manage hardware/software inventory while providing end-user support.

Develop technical layout designs for parcel/e‑commerce material handling systems during sales. Support sales team with 3D visualizations, cost inputs, basic steel support designs, and design deliverables while managing multiple projects and ensuring solutions balance functionality and price.

Drive strategic sourcing, cost savings (TCO), supplier selection, contract management, onboarding, performance management, and cross‑functional stakeholder alignment. Manage complex RfX events, negotiations, and ensure compliance with sourcing policies and legal requirements.

Develop, test, and maintain C#/.NET desktop and backend applications (WPF/WinForms, Web APIs) for 3D engineering tools. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders, improve quality via testing and code reviews, adopt DevOps and secure-by-design practices, and modernize the platform to support global automated logistics systems.
