Maintains People and Organisation systems, processes, and employee data at a mining operation. Manages the employee lifecycle, onboarding, movements, offboarding, attendance, disciplinary and grievance processes, labour relations, reporting, workforce planning, and compliance. Coordinates with P&O stakeholders, ensures accurate system administration, identifies process issues, supports safety and production meetings, and promotes fair application of workplace policies and regulations.

Supervise underground stoping activities to ensure safe, compliant, high-quality daily blasting. Responsibilities include completing safety declarations, inspecting work areas, materials, equipment, ventilation and support, conducting safety and production meetings, testing for gases, preparing and charging blast holes, measuring face advance, training workers, addressing substandard work, and maintaining team and supplier relationships.

Performs end-to-end internal audit engagements across finance, sustainability, supply chain, information management, HR, and technical functions. Responsibilities include risk assessments, audit planning and execution, control evaluation, documentation, issue reporting, stakeholder discussions, remediation recommendations, and audit report drafting. The role also supports risk-based audit planning, executive and Audit Committee reporting, quality assurance reviews, compliance with IIA standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform installation, maintenance, repair and commissioning of machinery and equipment. Attend breakdowns, allocate tasks, complete job cards, ensure spares availability, train subordinates, comply with environmental and safety procedures, and record legal examinations.

Support the Occupational Hygienist by maintaining ventilation and occupational hygiene systems, performing risk assessments and measurements, conducting inspections and audits, reporting findings, recommending interventions, and assisting short-term planning to meet SHE objectives.
