Perform patrols (on foot or by vehicle) and checkpoint duties, monitor access controls, respond to alarms, gather intelligence for risk management, enforce security procedures, report irregularities, use radios/phones, arrest transgressors within law, attend disciplinary and court proceedings, maintain equipment and presentation, complete administrative tasks, and participate in safety and team meetings.

Perform installation, maintenance, repair and commissioning of machinery and equipment. Attend breakdowns, allocate tasks, complete job cards, ensure spares availability, train subordinates, comply with environmental and safety procedures, and record legal examinations.

Support the Occupational Hygienist by maintaining ventilation and occupational hygiene systems, performing risk assessments and measurements, conducting inspections and audits, reporting findings, recommending interventions, and assisting short-term planning to meet SHE objectives.

A bursary programme offering full tuition to Honours, accommodation, paid vacation work, mentorship and entry into a graduate programme. For first- or final-year South African students in Information Management/Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics or Statistics with minimum 65% average. Candidates will analyse system data, support operational decision-making, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in continuous professional development to become technical specialists or future leaders.

Provide technical and strategic leadership for hydrometallurgy across platinum refining operations and projects. Lead troubleshooting, process optimisation, process mineralogy application, performance analysis, test work and modelling, and governance of metal balances and water treatment. Promote best-practice sharing, support Operating Model measures, and deliver technical improvements for plant performance.
