Coordinate and execute monthly performance reporting; consolidate, validate and analyse operational and financial results; support forecasting, budgeting and business planning; prepare sales, inventory, cost and cash flow reports; maintain planning assumptions; perform reconciliations and unit cost reporting; manage data in planning systems; engage stakeholders and drive automation to improve reporting and planning processes.

Bursary programme supporting first- or final-year Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic or Electronic engineering students with full tuition, accommodation (where applicable), paid vacation work, practical placements across mining and processing operations, mentorship, and entry to a graduate programme after completion. Sixteen positions rotate between Limpopo and North West operations.

Graduate rotational programme in Information Management providing hands-on experience in cybersecurity, automation, AI and data analysis. Participants work on real projects, collaborate across teams, receive mentorship, specialised training, and rotate between mining operations while following safety and compliance standards.
