Develop monthly, annual and five-year mine plans; consolidate and schedule plans using Cads and Mine RP Planner; compare actuals to plans, re-plan and recommend remedial actions; design optimal mining layouts; support capital projects and technical system design; analyze KPIs and enforce production controls.

Manage Safety and Risk Assurance at the Amandelbult Complex, implement and audit SHE systems (legal compliance, risk assessments, incident investigation), coordinate certifications and assurance audits, drive safety culture, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Operate and support concentrator plant operations: monitor equipment, perform inspections, assist with fault finding and breakdowns, complete data logging and safety inspections, communicate abnormalities, maintain housekeeping, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance while supporting the shift team.
