Provides administrative, reception, registration, scheduling, and customer service support for a Radiology department. Responsibilities include verifying patient and insurance information, managing imaging orders and preauthorizations, triaging schedules, supporting PACS administration, coordinating equipment service, communicating with providers and healthcare staff, maintaining supplies, and protecting confidential information.

Provides direct and coordinated nursing care on medical-surgical and emergency units. Assesses patients, develops and evaluates care plans, delegates assignments, manages emergencies, maintains records and confidentiality, communicates with providers and families, supports quality and infection control initiatives, precepts new staff, and cross-trains across Med-Surg, ED, Surgery, and Infusion.

Post and reconcile patient and insurance payments, process ERAs/EOBs, resolve posting discrepancies and credit balances, support revenue cycle workflows, assist with refunds and documentation, and ensure compliance with payer rules and HIPAA.

Support finance by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close tasks; maintain fixed asset records; assist payroll, accounts payable, grant processing, audits, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance and documentation.
