Lead Valerie's design centre of excellence, owning visual identity and design systems across multiple brands. Build scalable systems and templates, translate brand strategy into cohesive visual worlds, direct still and motion work, mentor multidisciplinary designers, and ensure design drives commercial results across e-commerce, paid, social, and CRM.

Lead technical ownership of Shopify and other web platforms: architecture, development, performance, integrations, analytics (GA4/GTM), technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, security, and CI/CD. Mentor engineers, set standards, drive optimizations, CRO/experimentation, and manage hosting/CDN/infra across multiple brands to ensure scalable, reliable, and high-performing ecommerce experiences.

Provide hands-on IT support and systems administration for a distributed team: own Microsoft 365, build and maintain Jira/Monday.com workflows and dashboards, triage and resolve urgent issues, manage SaaS access and permissions, document processes, and transition from freelance to full-time as the role grows.

Lead paid media strategy and execution across ecommerce brands, own media budgets, manage buying teams across Meta/Google/TikTok/Amazon, improve acquisition via experimentation and measurement, collaborate cross-functionally, and scale profitable growth.

Build premium, highly interactive, responsive websites from Figma to production using Next.js/React and modern frontend practices. Implement advanced animations (GSAP, Three.js), optimize performance and accessibility, integrate REST APIs and third-party services, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing while owning features end-to-end.
