Partner with the Senior VP to turn strategy into execution across global e-commerce brands. Own SOWs, remove blockers, build SOPs and scalable workflows, manage cross-functional delivery, support hiring/onboarding, collaborate on finance and commercial tracking, and improve AI-powered operating systems to increase efficiency and accountability.

Lead strategy, execution, optimization, and experimentation for paid social campaigns (primarily Meta) across multiple ecommerce brands. Own budgeting, pacing, KPIs, audits, A/B testing, creative collaboration, data analysis, and mentoring to improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and scale profitable campaigns.

Lead end-to-end execution of creative projects across multiple e-commerce brands: brief, coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors, translate concepts into production-ready artwork and packaging specs, maintain trackers and asset libraries, run quality reviews, negotiate timelines, and improve creative operations and workflows—including contributions to AI-powered creative tooling.

Architect and build AWS cloud infrastructure for an AI-native platform, focusing on DevSecOps, infrastructure as code, and scalable systems.

Provide hands-on IT support and systems administration for a distributed team: own Microsoft 365, build and maintain Jira/Monday.com workflows and dashboards, triage and resolve urgent issues, manage SaaS access and permissions, document processes, and transition from freelance to full-time as the role grows.

Build premium, highly interactive, responsive websites from Figma to production using Next.js/React and modern frontend practices. Implement advanced animations (GSAP, Three.js), optimize performance and accessibility, integrate REST APIs and third-party services, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing while owning features end-to-end.

Design engaging visuals for ecommerce campaigns, product launches, social, web, and email. Translate ideas into memorable brand stories, collaborate with marketing, and use AI tools to enhance creative work.
