Leads Vale’s Phoenix logistics team and oversees mobile matcha bar readiness. Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, inventory and ordering, product production, cart preparation and maintenance, dispatch, returns, dish operations, and deployment support. Ensures carts are staffed, stocked, clean, functional, and dispatched on time while maintaining operational standards and supporting the team hands-on.

Grow Vale’s wholesale presence across Arizona by prospecting and acquiring cafe, restaurant, hotel, and specialty retail accounts. Build and manage a sales pipeline through CRM tools, outbound outreach, and in-person meetings; deliver product presentations and tastings; negotiate pricing; collaborate on regional strategy; maintain product and competitive knowledge; and represent Vale at trade shows and events.

Design, build, test, and ship full-stack features across front-end and back-end systems. Collaborate with product and design teams, participate in architecture discussions, review code, resolve production issues, and improve CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and engineering processes. Own features from database through user interface while maintaining high standards for code quality, documentation, testing, and user experience.

Leads logistics, warehouse operations, inventory, procurement, international sourcing, fulfillment, wholesale distribution, and Matcha Bar deployments. The role involves implementing and optimizing Katana ERP, improving forecasting and inventory accuracy, developing operating procedures and dashboards, optimizing routing and labor, eliminating bottlenecks, and building a high-performing operations team to support rapid company growth.
