Vale’s Leadership Development Program for recent graduates or people early in their careers. This is a rotational program designed to identify and develop the next generation of Vale leaders by immersing top graduates in every corner of the business. You’ll work directly with Vale’s leadership team and receive mentorship from industry leading professionals from the Seattle area.
- Complete structured rotations through 3–4 business functions including Operations, Marketing, Logistics, Product, and People Operations.
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects during each rotation
- Develop a broad understanding of Vale’s business, technology, and culture
- Build a network of mentors and peers within the Vale leadership team
- Present learnings and recommendations from each rotation to senior leadership
- Contribute fresh ideas and a growth mindset to everything you touch
- Identify a function where you want to accelerate and build toward a full-time placement
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university, graduated within the last 2 years
- Demonstrated leadership in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for Vale’s mission and the startup environment

Vale Concepts is a Seattle-based modern matcha company focused on making premium matcha accessible. It sources ceremonial-grade tea from Japanese growers and serves drinks through cafés, mobile matcha bars, at-home products, wholesale partnerships, and self-serve automated kiosks. Its technology connects cafés, carts, and machines into a unified guest experience, combining beverage innovation, logistics, automation, robotics, and hospitality to expand convenient matcha access.
