Leads Vale’s Phoenix logistics team and oversees mobile matcha bar readiness. Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, inventory and ordering, product production, cart preparation and maintenance, dispatch, returns, dish operations, and deployment support. Ensures carts are staffed, stocked, clean, functional, and dispatched on time while maintaining operational standards and supporting the team hands-on.

Rotational leadership development program for recent graduates. Participants complete rotations across operations, marketing, logistics, product, and people operations; lead cross-functional projects; learn Vale’s business and culture; receive mentorship; present recommendations to senior leadership; and identify a function for future placement.
