Perform a comprehensive UX audit of an existing WordPress site, identify usability and conversion issues, design responsive mobile-first wireframes and high-fidelity Figma mockups, prepare developer-friendly handoff assets, collaborate with stakeholders and developers, and QA implemented pages to ensure design fidelity and accessibility.

Manage and optimize Klaviyo email campaigns and automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back). Segment audiences, design templates, run A/B tests, monitor deliverability and performance, maintain list hygiene, report insights, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to execute eCommerce email and SMS strategies.

Hybrid role split between marketing design and administrative coordination. Create social media graphics and branded assets, support campaigns, help with website visuals, manage calendars, inboxes, HR/compliance documents, maintain records, and provide general administrative support.
