Provide multilingual customer support for payment and account issues through email, chat, and ticketing systems. Lead and build the Finance function for a global payments company. Own management reporting, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, financial controls, merchant settlements, reconciliations, multi-entity consolidation, and audit preparation. Define financial logic and partner with Data and Development teams to automate reporting and controls. Hire and develop the Finance team, present insights to founders and executives, and establish clear processes across Finance, Treasury, and Data.
