The Head of Crypto Vertical will build and scale the crypto business line, manage P&L, establish partnerships, and lead a business team to drive growth and compliance in a fintech environment.

Provide L1/L2 text-based customer support for crypto-wallet and card products: resolve or escalate tickets, analyze root causes, assist merchants, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain internal knowledge base. Work 2/2 night shifts (20:00–08:00 UTC+3).

Lead and scale the Key Account Management team, set OKRs/KPIs, personally manage top-tier merchant relationships, drive revenue growth through upsell/cross-sell, analyze transaction data to identify opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product and client experience.

The QA Engineer will ensure high quality in fintech products through testing mobile applications, collaborating on automation strategies, investigating issues, and influencing engineering decisions. Responsibilities include developing tests, monitoring product health, and supporting a quality-first culture.

Develop and enhance a non-custodial crypto wallet, manage end-to-end features, collaborate with teams, ensure quality control, and communicate effectively.
