Translate product strategy into epics, requirements, and deliverables. Prioritize backlog, drive timely delivery, track progress and risks, and validate shipped outcomes via data and acceptance criteria. The Head of Crypto Vertical will build and scale the crypto business line, manage P&L, establish partnerships, and lead a business team to drive growth and compliance in a fintech environment.

Configure and activate merchants in production, manage API keys, verify payment setups, investigate logs and transactions during pre-live, and ensure production readiness for Go-Live launches while communicating technical findings to merchants.

Own full sales cycle to acquire Web3 and FinTech merchants: prospecting, demos, negotiation, contracting, forecasting, and handoffs. Hit revenue and merchant targets, refine outreach and pipeline, represent company at events, and coordinate with KAM, Legal, Compliance, and Integration to launch merchants.

Lead and scale the Key Account Management team, set OKRs/KPIs, personally manage top-tier merchant relationships, drive revenue growth through upsell/cross-sell, analyze transaction data to identify opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product and client experience.

Provide legal support for fintech and crypto operations including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, supporting KYB onboarding, developing compliance policies (AML/CFT), and conducting regulatory research to ensure product and regional compliance.
