Provide multilingual customer support for payment and account issues through email, chat, and ticketing systems. Investigate transaction problems, explain payment flows, maintain CRM records, document feedback, and collaborate with product, development, and testing teams to improve fintech and blockchain services. The role follows a remote 3/3 rotation involving two daytime shifts and one night shift.

Lead and build the Finance function for a global payments company. Own management reporting, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, financial controls, merchant settlements, reconciliations, multi-entity consolidation, and audit preparation. Define financial logic and partner with Data and Development teams to automate reporting and controls. Hire and develop the Finance team, present insights to founders and executives, and establish clear processes across Finance, Treasury, and Data.

The Head of Crypto Vertical will build and scale the crypto business line, manage P&L, establish partnerships, and lead a business team to drive growth and compliance in a fintech environment.
