Own end-to-end communication and marketing design across social media, advertising, campaigns, presentations, email, and landing pages. Develop static and motion assets, translate briefs into creative concepts, maintain visual identity across multiple brands, and build reusable Figma components. Collaborate with marketing, content, and developers while managing priorities, deadlines, feedback, and emerging AI-assisted design workflows.

Lead and build the Finance function for a global payments company. Own management reporting, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, financial controls, merchant settlements, reconciliations, multi-entity consolidation, and audit preparation. Define financial logic and partner with Data and Development teams to automate reporting and controls. Hire and develop the Finance team, present insights to founders and executives, and establish clear processes across Finance, Treasury, and Data.

Lead and scale the Key Account Management team, set OKRs/KPIs, personally manage top-tier merchant relationships, drive revenue growth through upsell/cross-sell, analyze transaction data to identify opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product and client experience.
