The Commercial Appraisal Officer will oversee appraisal trainees, defend property values, and represent the County in hearings related to property valuation.

Performs progressively complex legal clerical duties for the Utah County Justice Court under general guidance. Manages administrative tasks to support court processes, exercises independent judgment, and helps expedite case handling, records, and courtroom procedures. Follows courtroom rules and annual training requirements.
