Leads the Marriage License and Passport Division training program, including developing standardized materials and schedules, delivering new-hire training, evaluating employee competency, and monitoring completion. Ensures training procedures comply with Utah County policies, state law, and U.S. Department of State passport regulations. The role may also involve coaching employees, developing job aids and SOPs, performing passport acceptance duties, and becoming a Certified Passport Acceptance Agent.

Performs financial, performance, compliance, and operational audits under the Audit Manager’s supervision. Conducts investigations, contract reviews, and financial analyses. Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or a related field, plus one year of auditing or related experience. The employee must obtain Certified Internal Auditor certification within 12 months, maintain required certifications, hold a valid driver’s license, and complete pre-employment screening.
