Administer and audit the computer-assisted mass appraisal (CAMA) system and related databases for accuracy and consistency. Coordinate data transfers, run database queries, facilitate user access, and prepare data files for valuation and analysis under the Real Property Data Manager's direction.

Conduct emissions inspections and investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, provide technical support, and develop/deliver training. Perform audits, diagnose automotive engine performance and emission control issues, and assist with enforcement and public health protection.

Perform technical and analytical work to maintain assessment property inventory, assist with farmland assessment applications, estimates, and rollbacks, and support obtaining approved building permits for property assessing.
