The Finance Business Manager oversees budgeting, purchasing, financial reporting, grants, and compliance for the Sheriff's Office, while supporting operational analysis and strategic planning.

Operate and maintain I/M Technical Center gasoline vehicle emissions testing equipment, perform emissions testing and diagnostics, ensure regulatory compliance, record results, and support calibration and maintenance of dynamometer and CVS. May interact with the public; bilingual candidates preferred.

Supervise and train staff in cadastral mapping and recording workflows, maintain accurate parcel maps for Utah County, perform advanced mapping tasks, handle complex inquiries, and perform administrative duties. Ensure required cadastral certification and county testing within specified timelines and comply with driver license, background check, and drug screening requirements.
