The Business Analyst enhances US Conec's Manufacturing Tracking System and collaborates with Finance, IT, and Operations to improve data processes and integration.

The Senior Product Test Engineer leads optical and mechanical testing for fiber optic connectors, collaborating across teams to ensure product quality and performance.

Provide technical application support for connector products across APAC, including assembly guidance, troubleshooting, training, testing, documentation, and coordinating between customers and global engineering to support evaluations and regional sales.

Manage strategic customer relationships and achieve sales targets across assigned accounts; grow Core/Key/Growth accounts; coordinate with Customer Service, Product Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing; support product development, marketing, and trade shows; provide monthly reporting and resolve field performance issues.

Lead business and technology development for fiber-optic/data-center markets by building customer relationships, identifying product opportunities, defining requirements with engineering, managing development programs, and representing the company at industry events.
