Provide technical application support for connector products across APAC, including assembly guidance, troubleshooting, training, testing, documentation, and coordinating between customers and global engineering to support evaluations and regional sales.

Manage strategic customer relationships and achieve sales targets across assigned accounts; grow Core/Key/Growth accounts; coordinate with Customer Service, Product Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing; support product development, marketing, and trade shows; provide monthly reporting and resolve field performance issues.

Lead business and technology development for fiber-optic/data-center markets by building customer relationships, identifying product opportunities, defining requirements with engineering, managing development programs, and representing the company at industry events.

Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demand and manufacturing capacity. Monitor performance, resolve scheduling and inventory issues, coordinate across Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Shipping, supervise Product Handler(s), maintain ERP inventory accuracy, support continuous improvement, and generate production and inventory performance reports to ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency.
