Leads full-cycle recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, and corporate functions. Partners with hiring managers, sources and screens candidates, coordinates interviews, manages candidate data in Greenhouse ATS, supports employer branding and recruiting events, and improves hiring processes. Requires at least two years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions. Manufacturing, engineering, skilled-trades, structured interviewing, and high-growth hiring experience are preferred.

Coordinate domestic and international trade shows from planning through execution, including contracts, registrations, booth readiness, product displays, freight, customs documentation, vendors, budgets, travel logistics, and on-site support. Maintain event portals and promotional content, collaborate with marketing and sales teams, facilitate participant communications, and support pre- and post-event marketing, reporting, reconciliation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Process accurate, compliant full-cycle payroll for employees and contract workers across complex pay structures and potentially multiple states. Manage payroll taxes, filings, garnishments, reconciliations, audits, reporting, HRIS integrations, and year-end activities. Analyze payroll data, resolve discrepancies, support employees and managers, improve workflows, and coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, vendors, and external agencies on implementations, compliance, and process improvement.

Analyze manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and supply chain data to build KPIs, dashboards, forecasts, and reports. Support cross-functional stakeholders, identify improvement opportunities, and assist ERP reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage strategic customer relationships and achieve sales targets across assigned accounts; grow Core/Key/Growth accounts; coordinate with Customer Service, Product Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing; support product development, marketing, and trade shows; provide monthly reporting and resolve field performance issues.

Lead business and technology development for fiber-optic/data-center markets by building customer relationships, identifying product opportunities, defining requirements with engineering, managing development programs, and representing the company at industry events.

Develops, validates, and troubleshoots CMM inspection programs; performs dimensional, first-piece, in-process, final, and First Article Inspections. Interprets drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements, analyzes measurement data, investigates nonconformances, and supports root cause and corrective actions. Operates and maintains CMMs and portable metrology equipment, documents inspection results, and collaborates with quality, manufacturing engineering, and production teams to improve product quality and measurement efficiency.

Facilitates training, workshops, onboarding, and leadership development programs; coordinates learning logistics and calendars; maintains LMS records and training documentation; develops learning materials and e-learning content; tracks participation, completion, compliance, and program outcomes; analyzes feedback and metrics; and partners with HR and business leaders to identify development needs and improve learning initiatives.

Manage fiber optic connectivity product lines through market analysis, pricing, forecasting, NPI coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. Drive product strategy, supplier qualification, launches, and sales support while ensuring supply continuity and customer satisfaction in data center and telecom markets.

Support and implement EHS and ergonomics programs in a manufacturing environment: conduct inspections, ergonomic assessments, incident investigations, training, industrial hygiene support, KPI analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to reduce injuries and ensure regulatory compliance.

Serve as chief legal officer advising executive leadership across commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, employment, IP, litigation, and enterprise risk. Negotiate complex agreements, manage outside counsel, support operations and regulatory initiatives, and develop governance and compliance programs to protect company assets and enable growth.

Manage strategic fiber-optic accounts to drive revenue and profitability. Build and maintain relationships with purchasing and technical stakeholders, develop account strategies, coordinate cross-functional resources, support inside sales, document activity in Salesforce, participate in marketing/trade shows, and resolve product issues with internal teams.
