Manages enrollments, billing, audits, vendor relationships, compliance records, employee inquiries, and open enrollment. Supports compensation changes, salary surveys, incentive programs, HRIS updates, reporting, and employee communications while partnering with HR, Payroll, managers, and third-party administrators.

Drives business growth through technical business development, strategic customer relationships, technology partnerships, and design-in opportunities in optical communications and data center markets. Identifies market and product opportunities, presents technical solutions, supports product requirements, leads application programs, analyzes competitive trends, and represents the company at industry events. Collaborates with Product Management and Engineering while managing multiple initiatives and customer priorities.
