Manage and optimize HRIS platforms, lead system upgrades and integrations, ensure data governance and compliance, produce HR analytics and reports, support HR strategy through technology and automation, and lead/mentor HRIS staff while maintaining documentation and training.

Serve as chief legal officer advising executive leadership across commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, employment, IP, litigation, and enterprise risk. Negotiate complex agreements, manage outside counsel, support operations and regulatory initiatives, and develop governance and compliance programs to protect company assets and enable growth.

Manage strategic fiber-optic accounts to drive revenue and profitability. Build and maintain relationships with purchasing and technical stakeholders, develop account strategies, coordinate cross-functional resources, support inside sales, document activity in Salesforce, participate in marketing/trade shows, and resolve product issues with internal teams.
