Translate Department of Defense priorities and industrial base needs into company strategy, advise executives and the Board, and coordinate cross-functional execution across finance, engineering, manufacturing, operations, and government relations.

Lead corporate strategy across aerospace and defense markets, including market intelligence, strategic growth, acquisitions, partnerships, investments, financial modeling, and executive decision support. The role translates DoD priorities, customer demand, competitive dynamics, supply-chain constraints, and technology trends into actionable recommendations. It coordinates with government relations, business development, finance, engineering, operations, and manufacturing to execute strategic initiatives and expand the company’s national security market position.

Owns costed bills of materials, material baselines, pricing, lead-time tracking, supplier readiness, and part availability across aerospace and defense programs. Builds dashboards and cost models, leads shortage reviews, maintains ERP/MRP data, supports proposals and EAC/BOE development, coordinates engineering changes and make-versus-buy decisions, expedites critical materials, and ensures Government and Customer Furnished Property compliance under FAR/DFARS.
