Partner with leaders to design and execute people strategies, including onboarding, performance management, compensation, compliance, workforce planning, HR analytics, total rewards, and employee relations. Coach leaders, build scalable HR processes, drive inclusion, and manage payroll/benefits and vendor relationships to support organizational effectiveness and growth.

Lead HR systems strategy and operations: administer ADP Workforce Now and related platforms, manage integrations and payroll governance, maintain data integrity and compliance, build dashboards and reporting, drive process automation and AI-enabled HR solutions, and lead cross-functional HR projects to improve employee lifecycle and operational scalability.

Lead and mentor People Operations business partners, drive HR programs (employee relations, performance, workforce planning), ensure compliance, improve processes, support talent and organizational development, and partner with leaders to foster high-performance culture.
