Own the Master Production Schedule for an aerospace propulsion segment by converting demand into capacity-feasible supply plans and releasing Manufacturing Orders. Run MRP, maintain planning parameters, manage replenishment and safety stock, resolve shortages, balance capacity constraints, and contribute to SIOP reviews. Partner with Materials Control, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Program Management to improve schedule attainment, inventory performance, planning accuracy, and production readiness for new hardware.

Designs, optimizes, and oversees manufacturing processes for solid rocket motors. Responsibilities include production oversight, process control, quality assurance, failure analysis, regulatory compliance, documentation, and technician training. The role collaborates with design, testing, and quality teams to improve efficiency, consistency, safety, and reliability in aerospace manufacturing.

Serves as the President’s strategic partner, leading cross-functional finance, operations, and strategy initiatives. Analyzes complex data, develops briefings and dashboards, prepares leadership and board materials, identifies business bottlenecks, and drives priority projects through execution. The role requires strong financial modeling, analytical, communication, judgment, and project management skills, with experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or high-growth operations.
