Provide strategic legal advice to executives across aerospace and defense matters; manage government contracting and export-control compliance; draft and negotiate complex commercial and IP agreements; oversee employment, investigations, litigation, and M&A support; manage outside counsel, implement compliance programs and policies, and champion ethics and risk mitigation.

Provide broad legal and administrative support to the General Counsel and Legal team: maintain corporate records, support subpoenas/audits/litigation, manage IP administration, track contracts and filings (including LDA/PAC), implement document retention and process improvements, triage legal requests, manage calendaring, billing, and the contract management system.

The Propulsion Engineer II design spacecraft propulsion systems, perform modifications, derive requirements, and support testing and integration of components, overseeing projects from concept to production.
