Owns Ursa Major’s SEC reporting function, leading preparation and filing of 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and related disclosures. The role manages MD&A, footnotes, XBRL tagging, U.S. GAAP and SEC compliance, technical accounting matters, internal reporting controls, process improvement, and disclosure systems. It collaborates with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Investor Relations, auditors, and executive leadership while supporting board and audit committee reporting.

Provides front desk coverage, greets and screens visitors, manages Envoy visitor check-in, badging, mail, office supplies, and snacks. Supports the Office Coordinator and assists with Longmont office events. The role requires administrative experience, record keeping, Microsoft Office knowledge, physical lifting ability, and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Leads mechanical design, kinematic and structural analysis, integration, material selection, testing, and verification of movable thrust-vectoring nozzles for solid rocket motors. Coordinates EMA and sensor suppliers, presents technical maturity and risk data at program milestones, and supports static and flight-test qualification. Requires extensive rocket propulsion and movable nozzle/TVC experience, advanced CAD and FEA familiarity, and eligibility for a DoD Secret clearance.
