Lead paid media and account-based advertising strategies across multiple B2B SaaS products and business units. Develop cross-channel campaigns, allocate budgets, optimize performance, and connect media investment to demand generation, pipeline, and revenue goals. Develop and maintain full-stack features for a CRM and telephony integration platform. Responsibilities include frontend and backend development, production troubleshooting, feature ownership, technical debt management, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards. The role uses TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, GraphQL, and AWS serverless technologies, and requires collaboration across a distributed global team with regular time-zone overlap.

Own and operate production database infrastructure across AWS, including MySQL, DocumentDB, and DynamoDB. Lead the MySQL 5.6-to-8.0.43 migration, optimize performance and availability, manage backups, replication, disaster recovery, monitoring, failover, and cost optimization. Partner with Development and CloudOps teams, resolve incidents within SLAs, maintain PCI DSS compliance, automate solutions, and coordinate database alerting and escalations across global teams.

Generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and CRM and sales engagement tools. Qualify prospects, identify their needs, recommend appropriate solutions, schedule meetings for sales executives, maintain the prospect pipeline, refine lead-generation practices, and report performance results to the sales manager.

The QA Automation Engineer will design and implement test automation for APIs and web UI, ensuring quality through CI/CD integration and collaboration with teams.

Perform outbound prospecting using CRM, sales engagement tools, cold calling, and email to create qualified leads. Set meetings between prospects and sales executives, maintain a pipeline, report weekly/monthly results, refine lead-generation playbooks, and recommend products based on prospect needs.
