The Technical Support Analyst provides customer support for Objectif Lune software, managing issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring high service levels while maintaining communication in French and English.

Owner of vertical marketing programs for enterprise B2B SaaS: develop industry-specific GTM plans, messaging, content, and sales enablement; run demand generation campaigns; use customer and performance data to optimize programs; collaborate with Sales and Product; create content across web, email, ads, and enablement; use martech and AI tools to increase efficiency.

Execute manual and automated tests for product features and bug fixes. Create and run functional, security, performance, regression tests; test APIs with Postman; use basic SQL for data validation; write Playwright (JavaScript) automated scripts; record and report test results; collaborate with QA, product owners, and development; participate in planning and improve test coverage.
