Provide advanced user support and training while coordinating change management, release activities, business process improvement, and CRM projects with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams.

Supports laboratory research on generational arsenic toxicity using Daphnia and mammalian cell lines. Performs culture maintenance, microdissection, nucleic acid extraction, ICP-ES preparation, cellular assays, microscopy, immunostaining, and data analysis. Trains undergraduate researchers, maintains laboratory operations, manages inventory, coordinates animal care, and presents research findings. Maintains Canvas and student information systems, supports graduation activities, develops recruitment initiatives, reports recruitment data, and supervises academic team staff and student employees. Conduct independent physics-based ocean and environmental modeling research supporting federally funded UUV operations projects. Develop and apply numerical models, integrate model outputs with observational and operational datasets, validate results, assess uncertainty, and create reproducible workflows. Prepare manuscripts, technical reports, presentations, and grant updates while collaborating with multidisciplinary researchers and supporting project milestones.

Oversee daily operations of a university residential community housing 250–500 students.
