Prepares and serves food and beverages, operates kitchen and point-of-sale equipment, maintains sanitation and safety standards, monitors product quality, supports guest flow, maintains operational records, and addresses routine concerns. The role also assists with training student employees and team members, supports flexible and high-volume operations, and may work nights, weekends, emergencies, and changing assignments.

Leads the design, implementation, and sustainability of a statewide simulation-based training platform for rural healthcare communities. Directs instructional design efforts, coordinates faculty and subject matter experts, develops synchronous, asynchronous, and in-person training, manages partnerships and logistics, supervises contributors, and uses evaluation data to improve programs. The role also supports workforce development strategy, accessibility, microcredentials, funding models, and alignment with rural health and clinical priorities.

Supports the setup, operation, and modification of experimental systems and equipment in Chemical Engineering and Bioengineering undergraduate teaching laboratories.
