Lead and manage UCF's nine-site Business Incubation Program, providing strategic direction, operations oversight, program design, KPI tracking, and financial management. Provide strategic leadership and advisement for fraternity and sorority chapters and governing councils. Oversee accountability, risk management, student conduct collaboration, staff supervision, program and event planning, curriculum and training development, and campus/community partnerships. Provide direct advising and college-readiness programming to Upward Bound high school students. Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Dean of the College of Nursing, managing daily operations, complex calendars, correspondence, governance and committee activities, accreditation and records management, special projects, travel and financial reconciliation, stakeholder communications, events, and confidential materials. Lead post-award grants accounting for $200M+ in expenditures, overseeing invoicing, AR, reconciliations, financial closeouts, and compliance with federal/state/university rules. Supervise and develop staff, implement internal controls, support audits, improve processes, and manage ERP/Workday integrations and grant reporting. Serve as subject-matter resource and hold signature authority for financial documents.

Lead and manage university BI and analytics operations, including the data warehouse, BI applications, campus report delivery, information delivery design, security administration, user training, testing, and application design to support institutional internationalization and decision support.
