Provides administrative and operational support to the Department Chair and Nursing Practice department. Responsibilities include coordinating faculty and adjunct activities, managing teaching assignment and workload data, analyzing enrollment and staffing needs, preparing reports and presentations, supporting hiring and onboarding, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining faculty activity records, assisting with accreditation data, and serving as a liaison among faculty, staff, university offices, vendors, and community members.

Leads organizational change management for university AI and automation initiatives. Develops adoption strategies, AI literacy resources, communications, training, workshops, and stakeholder engagement programs. Measures adoption through usage, participation, and support metrics, gathers feedback, and recommends improvements. Partners with IT leadership, project teams, PMO, ITSM, governance groups, faculty, staff, and students to promote responsible AI adoption aligned with privacy, security, and institutional standards.

Leads the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise Workday applications and integrations. Develops interfaces connecting Workday with PeopleSoft, banking partners, and third-party systems using Workday tools, XML, web services, SQR, SQL, Java, and XSLT. Troubleshoots complex application and data issues, manages upgrades and environments, leads technical projects, develops data conversions and reports, advises stakeholders, and recommends architecture and software improvements.
