Lead group-wide working capital optimization, cash management, liquidity forecasting, and cash conversion cycle improvements. Manage AR, AP, inventory, cash pooling, forecasting, dashboards, and performance reporting across global entities. Partner with finance, supply chain, sales, procurement, legal, and regional leaders to unlock cash, improve free cash flow, standardize processes, and support M&A integration. Report to the Group CFO and drive measurable working capital improvements.

Coordinates ESG reporting, carbon footprint data collection, project plans, governance frameworks, stakeholder engagement, dashboards, presentations, and HR initiatives across an international organization. Maintains reporting accuracy, deadlines, action trackers, and accountability while identifying process improvements. Requires strong Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, data management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills. This is a six-month maternity cover contract requiring a full UK driving licence and Criminal Disclosure check.

Provides second- and third-line support for enterprise IT infrastructure, including virtualization, storage, networking, email, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and backup systems. Deploys and monitors virtual machines, manages capacity and patching, troubleshoots complex incidents, and supports network security and disaster recovery. Leads infrastructure projects, technology evaluations, upgrades, migrations, and service improvements while maintaining technical documentation and collaborating globally.

Prepares technical quotations and Statements of Work for automotive component testing. Reviews customer RFQs, interprets requirements, develops priced technical proposals, consults with customers and internal experts, and supports Sales and Operational Project Managers. The role also qualifies leads and opportunities, provides technical guidance, maintains CRM data, and contributes to sales forecasts. Based at UTAC’s Bedford site with some agreed home working and travel as required.

Identifies and qualifies new business opportunities, manages the sales cycle, develops customer relationships, conducts market and competitor research, coordinates RFQ/RFP responses, and tracks pipeline performance in Salesforce. The role supports customer diversification, pricing objectives, business cases, forecasting, and customer satisfaction while collaborating with technical and operational teams. Regular travel of up to 50% is expected.

Manage North America certification client relationships and sales for ISO management system standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001). Advise customers, calculate audit durations, prepare quotations, support operations, meet revenue targets, identify new business, and coordinate with French back office to drive certification business growth and customer satisfaction.

Lead and manage complex vehicle homologation projects ensuring compliance with EU and UNECE regulations; liaise with clients and authorities; oversee inspections and testing (emissions, passive and active safety); prepare technical reports; maintain test equipment calibration and improve quality and processes.

Perform conformity assessments and inspections to verify vehicle/component compliance with standards and regulations. Prepare and sign assessment documentation, report deviations, maintain measuring equipment calibration, liaise with stakeholders, participate in QMS activities, and suggest process improvements. Prepare, validate and optimize technical quotes for vehicle track, open-road and durability testing. Analyze RFQs, define technical scope, break projects into test packages, estimate resources and costs, coordinate with test, planning and BD teams, defend proposals to clients, maintain cost catalog and track regulatory and standards updates.

Support UTAC Finland sales team for China market by developing and maintaining tyre industry customer relationships, handling full-cycle paperwork (contracts, POs, invoices), managing customer data and sales reports, coordinating sample shipments and basic logistics/customs support, and assisting business development and order processing tasks.

Support delivery of passive safety and impact testing programs: prepare and execute servo sled tests, instrument and inspect test articles, analyse high-speed data and video, produce technical reports, liaise with customers and authorities, and drive continuous improvement in test methods, reporting and bespoke engineering solutions. Shift-based role with occasional travel.
