Develops and executes sales strategy for UTAC’s automotive and transport-sector services. Builds relationships with prospective and existing customers, identifies and closes business opportunities, researches markets and competitors, coordinates quotations with internal teams, manages opportunities through completion, and develops new revenue streams. The role also represents UTAC in industry groups, maintains CRM records, supports sales targets, and travels domestically and internationally as needed.

Leads indirect procurement across operational and CapEx categories, managing sourcing, negotiation, supplier contracts, purchase orders, onboarding, compliance, spend reporting, and supplier consolidation. The role delivers cost savings, improves supply resilience, supports engineering and project requirements, and drives procurement transformation while partnering with stakeholders across finance, operations, engineering, and leadership.

Plans and executes B2B marketing activities supporting U.S. sales growth, including website content, SEO, paid search, campaigns, analytics, lead tracking, content development, sales collateral, events, and trade shows. The role translates technical capabilities into customer-focused messaging, manages marketing assets and brand consistency, coordinates with global communications, and provides performance insights to optimize demand generation and support qualified sales opportunities.

Leads UTAC Group’s working capital strategy, cash conversion cycle optimization, liquidity planning, and cash forecasting. Oversees AR, AP, inventory, credit, collections, cash pooling, factoring, and payment-term initiatives across global entities. Partners with finance, sales, procurement, supply chain, legal, and business leaders to improve cash flow and embed cash-conscious practices. Builds dashboards and executive reporting, supports M&A integration, and drives measurable working capital improvements.

Coordinates ESG reporting, carbon footprint data collection, project plans, governance frameworks, stakeholder engagement, dashboards, presentations, and HR initiatives across an international organization. Maintains reporting accuracy, deadlines, action trackers, and accountability while identifying process improvements. Requires strong Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, data management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills. This is a six-month maternity cover contract requiring a full UK driving licence and Criminal Disclosure check.

Prepares technical quotations and Statements of Work for automotive component testing. Reviews customer RFQs, interprets requirements, develops priced technical proposals, consults with customers and internal experts, and supports Sales and Operational Project Managers. The role also qualifies leads and opportunities, provides technical guidance, maintains CRM data, and contributes to sales forecasts. Based at UTAC’s Bedford site with some agreed home working and travel as required.

Identifies and qualifies new business opportunities, manages the sales cycle, develops customer relationships, conducts market and competitor research, coordinates RFQ/RFP responses, and tracks pipeline performance in Salesforce. Support UTAC Finland sales team for China market by developing and maintaining tyre industry customer relationships, handling full-cycle paperwork (contracts, POs, invoices), managing customer data and sales reports, coordinating sample shipments and basic logistics/customs support, and assisting business development and order processing tasks.
