Support UTAC Finland sales team for China market by developing and maintaining tyre industry customer relationships, handling full-cycle paperwork (contracts, POs, invoices), managing customer data and sales reports, coordinating sample shipments and basic logistics/customs support, and assisting business development and order processing tasks.

Support and execute passive safety and impact testing programs: plan tests, prepare and instrument test articles, run tests in a shift-based environment, analyse data, produce technical reports and conformity statements, liaise with customers and authorities, and drive continuous improvement and bespoke test solutions.

Manage North America certification client relationships and sales for ISO management system standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001). Advise customers, calculate audit durations, prepare quotations, support operations, meet revenue targets, identify new business, and coordinate with French back office to drive certification business growth and customer satisfaction.

Perform vehicle conformity assessments and inspections per Quality Management System procedures. Document findings, report deviations, prepare and verify assessment documentation, maintain measuring equipment calibration, liaise with stakeholders, suggest process improvements, and stay current with regulations and training.

Lead and manage the IATF 16949 scheme and ISO accreditations, interface with oversight/accreditation bodies, ensure certification system compliance and KPI monitoring, oversee data integrity, nonconformity and risk management, support regional offices, provide technical guidance and training, and manage the central certification entity budget and cost control.
