Analyze RFQs, define technical scope, break projects into test packages, estimate resources and costs, coordinate with test, planning and BD teams, defend proposals to clients, maintain cost catalog and track regulatory and standards updates.

Support UTAC Finland sales team for China market by developing and maintaining tyre industry customer relationships, handling full-cycle paperwork (contracts, POs, invoices), managing customer data and sales reports, coordinating sample shipments and basic logistics/customs support, and assisting business development and order processing tasks.

Support and execute passive safety and impact testing programs: plan tests, prepare and instrument test articles, run tests in a shift-based environment, analyse data, produce technical reports and conformity statements, liaise with customers and authorities, and drive continuous improvement and bespoke test solutions.
