The role translates technical capabilities into customer-focused messaging, manages marketing assets and brand consistency, coordinates with global communications, and provides performance insights to optimize demand generation and support qualified sales opportunities.

Operates and supports propulsion and driveline dynamometer test cells from setup through reporting. Responsibilities include configuring control software, writing automated test scripts, wiring sensors, calibrating equipment, troubleshooting systems, executing customer tests, collaborating across disciplines, and preparing test reports. The role requires automotive propulsion knowledge, engineering experience, strong analytical and communication skills, on-site work, physical activity, and occasional travel to customer or off-site locations.

Leads UTAC Group’s working capital strategy, cash conversion cycle optimization, liquidity planning, and cash forecasting. Oversees AR, AP, inventory, credit, collections, cash pooling, factoring, and payment-term initiatives across global entities. Partners with finance, sales, procurement, supply chain, legal, and business leaders to improve cash flow and embed cash-conscious practices. Builds dashboards and executive reporting, supports M&A integration, and drives measurable working capital improvements.
