Manage North America certification client relationships and sales for ISO management system standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001). Advise customers, calculate audit durations, prepare quotations, support operations, meet revenue targets, identify new business, and coordinate with French back office to drive certification business growth and customer satisfaction.

Lead and manage complex vehicle homologation projects ensuring compliance with EU and UNECE regulations; liaise with clients and authorities; oversee inspections and testing (emissions, passive and active safety); prepare technical reports; maintain test equipment calibration and improve quality and processes.

Perform conformity assessments and inspections to verify vehicle/component compliance with standards and regulations. Prepare and sign assessment documentation, report deviations, maintain measuring equipment calibration, liaise with stakeholders, participate in QMS activities, and suggest process improvements. Maintain impartiality and stay current with regulatory changes.
