Own UNIQLO’s EU social media channels, developing platform-specific content strategies and creating engaging, trend-aware content. Manage TikTok and other channels, collaborate with creative teams, influencers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, and use analytics to optimize performance. Support brand, marketing, e-commerce, customer journey, and commercial goals through strong storytelling, copywriting, content planning, and project management.

Lead accounting for designated markets to ensure IFRS and J-SOX compliance, accurate quarterly and annual reporting, and balance sheet integrity. Manage and develop financial accountants, strengthen internal controls and accounting processes, partner with planning, inventory, procurement and commercial teams to provide financial insight and cost-saving recommendations, and collaborate with centralised Accounting and AP teams to drive operational excellence.

Lead financial planning and analysis for UNIQLO Europe, producing forecasts, budgets (Tagetik), board packs, KPI reporting, store visits, expense/vendor analysis, and process improvements to enhance forecasting and reporting.

Manage end-to-end payroll processes across multiple European countries, including payroll controls, validation, salary and tax payments, social security, financial reporting, and issue resolution. Oversee expatriate payroll, mobility, immigration, tax advisors, audits, governance, and continuous improvement. Partner with HR, Finance, payroll teams, and other stakeholders while contributing to European payroll policies, systems, and tools.

Analyze ecommerce fraud trends, suspicious transactions, chargebacks, payment and delivery fraud, returns, refunds, and account abuse. Build dashboards and management reports, investigate root causes, recommend prevention measures, improve fraud processes, support automation and system enhancements, coordinate stakeholders and external partners, standardize fraud handling across European markets, and contribute to the fraud prevention roadmap and training.

Manage end-to-end payroll processes for EU markets, including payroll controls, validation, payments, taxes, social security, reporting, and issue resolution. Support expatriate mobility and immigration processes while coordinating with local HR teams, payroll partners, finance, tax advisors, and mobility providers. Lead payroll governance, audits, compliance, policy improvements, and systems initiatives across Europe.

Lead complex employee-relations cases across German stores and SSC, advise leaders on disciplinary and performance matters, run investigations, negotiate with Works Councils, support HR IT implementations and organizational changes, build case-management governance, and coach HR partners to reduce legal risk and scale operations.

Provide commercial, employment, consumer protection and data-privacy legal advice to the Spanish business; manage litigation and external counsel; draft and negotiate contracts; handle works council and corporate governance; lead GDPR implementation locally; monitor legislation, train staff, and develop compliance processes.
