Support the European Copy Manager producing Italian e-commerce content: product names/descriptions, email subject lines and newsletters, blog posts, landing pages and transcreation from English. Manage regular site updates, handle ad-hoc copy requests, maintain brand tone of voice, collaborate with stakeholders, and cover copy duties when required.

Provide hands-on support and improvement of IT infrastructure across UNIQLO Europe. Manage network operations, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, maintain system performance and security, support Microsoft and cloud platforms, deliver infrastructure projects and new store/office rollouts, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

Provide first-line support for SCM/WMS applications at the Puttershoek site: investigate incidents, coordinate with global IT and vendors, support testing and releases, gather business requirements, produce user guides and training, and assist project coordination for logistics system enhancements.
