Support Italian HR team with administrative HR tasks and recruitment activities end-to-end. Manage HRIS time & attendance, payroll documents, candidate communications, reporting, and assist store HR and hiring processes. Help optimize recruitment workflows and provide candidate experience support.

Lead end-to-end digital performance marketing for the Netherlands while owning EU-level MarTech optimisation: tracking, attribution, data pipelines, dashboards, integrations and GDPR-compliant measurement to drive e-commerce growth and omni-channel performance.
