Serve as the liaison and first-line PACMS support for Superior Court staff and judges: respond to PACMS issues, submit and track AOPC helpdesk tickets, develop and analyze ad-hoc queries (T-SQL), maintain PACMS reports/metadata, participate in statistical reporting projects, troubleshoot system errors, and collaborate with court departments and AOPC on report definitions and system enhancements.
