Attorney supporting the Superior Court of Pennsylvania’s Central Legal Staff by researching civil and criminal appellate matters, reviewing briefs, dockets, motions, and records, and drafting memoranda, opinions, orders, recommendations, and bench memoranda. The role works directly with judges and chambers, resolves appellate docket issues, reviews jurisdictional matters, edits team members’ work, and assists with legal research projects. Hybrid telework may be available after six months.

Ensures Pennsylvania’s judicial system complies with ADA Title II, Title VI, and related court policies. Provides legal advice, represents the judiciary in administrative investigations, develops access policies and standards, monitors legislation, drafts rules and judicial resources, delivers training, analyzes court interpreter data, and serves as a liaison among court entities, government agencies, and the public.

Provides legal counsel and ethics guidance to the Judicial Ethics Advisory Board. Reviews advisory requests, researches applicable law and prior ethics opinions, drafts Panel Advisories and Board Opinions, coordinates panel reviews and approvals, develops published ethics guidance, and assists with educational programs and presentations.
