Lead CRM implementation and advisory engagements for AEC organizations. Responsibilities include discovery, process analysis, solution design, requirements definition, configuration guidance, data migration, integrations, project planning, stakeholder management, training, adoption, and value realization. The role manages concurrent engagements, advises executive stakeholders, coordinates cross-functional delivery teams, and supports scope, risk, budget, timeline, and customer escalation management.

Implements, configures, tests, documents, maintains, and troubleshoots customer integrations using Unanet Connect, Workato, REST APIs, and established delivery patterns. Gathers requirements, documents data flows and mappings, resolves routine data-exchange issues, supports legacy integrations, and coordinates across customers, project managers, architects, product teams, and technical services. Manages tasks across multiple projects, communicates risks and dependencies, maintains technical documentation and test evidence, and contributes to Professional Services delivery improvements.

Leads Unanet AIM implementations and Flowtrac transition engagements, including discovery, process mapping, ERP configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, customer training, and go-live readiness. The consultant manages multiple workstreams, coordinates with internal teams, documents risks and decisions, supports operational and accounting workflows, and helps customers adopt new systems while maintaining project schedules, budgets, and implementation standards.
