Build executive relationships across business functions, support adoption, and contribute to consulting methodologies and delivery standards.

Drive expansion revenue within existing GovCon accounts by building executive relationships, developing strategic account plans, and selling solution-based offerings. Meet quota, forecast upsell/cross-sell, maintain account knowledge, collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing, track activity in CRM, and support GovCon events. Travel up to 30% to engage customers and execute growth strategies.

Lead architecture and technical direction for an AI-first SaaS product (Growth Studio). Define scalable services, APIs, data flows, and AI-enabled workflows; guide integrations, run architecture/code reviews and POCs; mentor engineers; produce technical documentation; and partner with product, UX, QA, and ops to deliver reliable, secure, and maintainable platform capabilities for GovCon customers.
