Provide administrative and programmatic support to the Manhattan Division and CYPL: coordinate events and monthly PACT programs, manage calendars, communications, fundraising database and records, process payments and wire transfers, prepare mailings, assist with committee meetings, and support fundraising/grant-making and purchasing systems. Flexible schedule including some Sundays/evenings. Bachelor's required.

Draft customized letters, proposals, reports, talking points, and speeches to secure and steward foundation gifts. Collaborate with fundraising colleagues to synthesize complex information, prepare project descriptions and sampler menus, design visually compelling materials, and support cultivation, solicitation, and ongoing funder stewardship.

Provide high-level administrative and research support to senior philanthropic staff: maintain and use a donor CRM to prepare reports and solicitation materials; manage calendars, inboxes, donor communications, event logistics, and gift processing; document donor interactions and track prospect research and engagement strategies.

Lead advocacy, government relations, and public policy initiatives; cultivate relationships with elected officials and partners; plan mission days, legislative visits, and events; manage the Government Relations Council; mobilize lay leaders; monitor policy developments; and run cross-departmental special projects to advance UJA's strategic priorities.

Lead development of a unified financial measurement and impact framework linking grants, program outcomes, and strategy. Oversee impact evaluations, translate findings into actionable insights, implement automated Salesforce-integrated financial dashboards, improve data collection, set measurable goals, and collaborate across planning, operations, and data teams.

Manage and grow multiple fundraising portfolios, cultivate and solicit individual and corporate donors, support and strategize with lay leadership, develop engagement events and programs, lead young-professional fundraising efforts, oversee at least one annual fundraising event, collaborate across departments, build donor relationships and represent UJA-Federation.

Lead and manage the BI and analytics team to deliver enterprise reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights across fundraising, programs, finance, and operations. Partner with stakeholders, data engineering, and IT to ensure scalable data infrastructure, governance, automation, and AI-enabled analytics while mentoring analysts and prioritizing work to drive data-informed decisions.

Identify and engage community planned giving prospects through calls, meetings, mailings and events. Develop outreach plans, collaborate with divisions to cultivate legacy gifts, personalize donor illustrations, coordinate stewardship events, record activity in the database, and work with donors and advisors on bequests, annuities, endowments, and life insurance policies.

Lead community engagement across Brooklyn by building relationships with synagogues, schools, and grassroots groups; convene stakeholders; design and manage place-based programs and grants; represent UJA at events; cultivate interfaith and cross-cultural partnerships; manage the Brooklyn Advisory Council and deliver multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget.

Lead donor cultivation and solicitation efforts for the Long Island division, conducting prospect research, stewarding high-net-worth donors, planning and executing fundraising and engagement events, supporting lay committees, and collaborating with other divisions to grow annual campaign revenue.

Partner with investment professionals to design, build, and maintain data pipelines, Azure SQL environments, dashboards, Streamlit and LLM-based analytics tools, and vendor integrations to improve investment decision-making, data governance, and reporting across multi-asset portfolios.

Manage donor research, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to grow annual campaign revenue. Plan and execute fundraising and educational events, coordinate volunteer and lay leadership engagement, support cross-divisional initiatives, maintain donor records, and evaluate portfolio progress with the Campaign Manager. Serve as a relationship-focused representative of UJA-Federation, engaging high-net-worth donors and community stakeholders.
