The role develops SOPs, improves efficiency, resolves facility issues, supports infrastructure projects, monitors service-provider performance, and coordinates safety and workplace-rule compliance across the plant.

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, benefits, statutory compliance, onboarding, training, performance management, employee engagement, grievances, HR policies, HRMS data, QMS audits, and process improvement. The role also supports HR digitization, reporting, employee welfare, and general administration while maintaining confidentiality and coordinating with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.

Coordinates sales activities, monitors sales funnels, processes orders, prepares documentation and MIS reports, supports contract and import/export processes, responds to customer inquiries, tracks deliveries, assists with payment collection, and supports sales teams with presentations and techno-commercial discussions.

Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory movement, vendor coordination, import/export compliance, customs documentation, and forex-related formalities. Lead the factory logistics team, resolve delivery challenges, improve efficiency, support budget controls, and prepare management reports. The role requires knowledge of SAP, warehouse and inventory management, GST/VAT, productivity improvement tools, and strong team leadership and analytical skills.

Design and validate precision manual, hydraulic, and pneumatic fixtures for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machining. Responsibilities include producing GD&T drawings, performing tolerance stack-ups and 3D collision checks, supporting process sheets, managing budgets, and tracking materials and tooling components. The role collaborates with production, process engineering, and CNC programming teams to ensure structural rigidity, repeatability, tool clearance, and on-time fixture fabrication.

Plans material, purchasing, production, and assembly schedules; forecasts production issues; manages costs, vendor delivery performance, quality systems, and lead-time reduction. Coordinates with design and production engineering teams, supports new product development, drives continuous improvement and plant optimization, and prepares operational reports. The role is based in Dobaspete, Bangalore, and is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with two to three years of manufacturing experience.

Leads plant-wide quality assurance across new product development and ongoing manufacturing operations. Manages QMS compliance, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, inspections, process validation, audits, corrective actions, quality KPIs, and continuous improvement. Oversees CNC machining, grinding, assembly, and special-process quality, while coordinating with design, manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams. Develops quality personnel and drives defect reduction, process capability, audit readiness, and customer satisfaction.

Conduct mechanical engineering research and development involving mechanical concepts, engineering algorithms, fixture stress and strain analysis, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, experiments, technical evaluations, and product testing. Prepare technical reports, publish research findings, and collaborate with design and cross-functional engineering teams to support product innovation and improvement.

Represents Programs and Initiatives on the factory floor by translating strategy into operational execution. Monitors manufacturing KPIs, conducts root cause analysis, improves manufacturing and supply chain processes, optimizes SAP PP/MM usage, documents requirements and workflows, and supports change management. Coordinates lean, digitalization, and new-product initiatives, manages project dependencies, facilitates cross-functional meetings, conducts Gemba walks, and creates shop-floor action boards and reports.

Supports CNC gear manufacturing applications through feasibility studies, process development, machine trials, commissioning, customer training, troubleshooting, and technical support. Develops and optimizes gear-cutting processes, conducts tooling trials and prove-outs, analyzes cycle times, interprets engineering drawings and metrology reports, prepares technical documentation, and coordinates with customers, sales, service, design, production, and tooling suppliers.

Design and develop efficient, reliable motors including torque, BLDC, IPM, and UAV motors. Perform design calculations, simulations, and analysis; use motor design software to validate performance; improve efficiency, cost, and quality; maintain design and test records; and prepare engineering reports and presentations.

Design and develop innovative mechanical products from concept through manufacturing, including customized customer solutions. Create fixtures, interpret engineering drawings, apply GD&T, evaluate materials and manufacturing processes, and use SOLIDWORKS and PDM. Support DFMEA, validation, FEA, design-for-manufacturing and assembly activities, documentation, quality, cost, and ISO compliance. Collaborate with management, customers, and clients while preparing reports, presentations, research, and engineering documentation.
