Leads day-to-day administration at a manufacturing plant, overseeing facilities, infrastructure, utilities, transport, canteen, housekeeping, access control, security services, vendors, contracts, billing, and administrative compliance. The role develops SOPs, improves efficiency, resolves facility issues, supports infrastructure projects, monitors service-provider performance, and coordinates safety and workplace-rule compliance across the plant.

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, benefits, statutory compliance, onboarding, training, performance management, employee engagement, grievances, HR policies, HRMS data, QMS audits, and process improvement. The role also supports HR digitization, reporting, employee welfare, and general administration while maintaining confidentiality and coordinating with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
