The role requires an engineering background, preferably mechanical engineering, and 2–3 years of experience, ideally in the machine tools industry.

Develops and prototypes electrical circuits, supports design requirements, selects sensors and control components, analyzes datasheets, tests signals and outputs, prepares technical documentation, and provides application support at customer sites. The role requires understanding electrical machines, motors, circuit diagrams, and electrical/electronic concepts, along with AutoCAD and SolidWorks. PLC programming, LabVIEW, Visual Studio, and MATLAB Simulink experience are advantageous.

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, benefits, statutory compliance, onboarding, training, performance management, employee engagement, grievances, HR policies, HRMS data, QMS audits, and process improvement. The role also supports HR digitization, reporting, employee welfare, and general administration while maintaining confidentiality and coordinating with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
