Translate accounting and business requirements into ERP solutions, coordinate Finance, IT, stakeholders, and implementation partners, and transition support capabilities in-house through knowledge transfer, documentation, training, and process governance.

Processes weekly payroll, maintains employee records and pay-rate updates, prepares payroll reports, and supports HR administration. Manages supplier onboarding, compliance documentation, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, statement reconciliation, invoice follow-ups, audits, data entry, and process improvements. The role requires accurate high-volume data management and onsite collaboration in a fast-paced construction-business environment.

Supports internal and outsourced accounting across multiple entities, including AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, fixed assets, management reporting, and compliance schedules. The role also supports MYOB-to-Xero migration, hospitality POS takings, payroll tax and superannuation reconciliations, ATO compliance, process improvements, and client accounting services.

Provide daily and month-end accounting support for internal and client portfolios, including AP/AR, payroll support, reconciliations, journal entries, fixed asset and capex schedules, hospitality POS takings, and MYOB-to-Xero migration. Ensure ATO compliance, prepare IAS/BAS support schedules, and assist with system implementations and process improvements while managing multiple client deadlines.

Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), email and content. Create engaging channel-specific content with subject matter experts, monitor performance via Google Analytics, report insights, and recommend improvements to drive lead generation, brand awareness and client engagement. Collaborate on processes and stay current with digital trends and AI tools.

Manage end-to-end AP and AR using Xero, including invoice processing, payment runs, reconciliations, invoicing, month-end support, and maintaining financial records across Xero, Odoo, and Monday.com.
