Lead paid acquisition and SEO across Australia and New Zealand, managing paid campaigns (Google, Microsoft, Meta), a ~AUD 30k/month budget, Shopify e-commerce, analytics/tracking, email marketing, channel strategy, reporting, and optimisation to improve ROAS, conversions and revenue.

Provide administrative support for daily operations: process purchase orders and invoices, maintain product and customer data in Zoho, prepare packing slips and reports, liaise with warehouse and internal teams, monitor data integrity, investigate discrepancies, assist process improvements, and provide backup customer service.

Own and optimise the HubSpot CRM, build marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows, execute multi-channel campaigns, produce email/landing page content, analyse performance, and work with sales to improve lead generation and conversion while leveraging AI and process improvements.

Manage Level 1/2 incidents and service tickets, configure and troubleshoot MacOS and Windows systems, support VoIP and enterprise apps, monitor system performance, assist with cybersecurity and basic network administration, document configurations, and participate in training to develop leadership skills.

Manage and support a high-volume offshore workforce through onboarding, regular check-ins, coaching, and performance management (PDAs, PIPs). Resolve employee and operational issues with HR/IT, maintain accurate records and reports, analyze trends and risks, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
