The role also validates timesheets and project billing data, maintains accurate records, reviews outsourced payroll outputs, supports statutory compliance, documents procedures, and collaborates with finance and operational stakeholders.

Processes Australian payroll end to end, including timesheets, leave, superannuation, payroll tax, reconciliations, and compliance schedules. Provides bookkeeping, accounting, audit, BAS, and PAYG support while maintaining accurate records and audit trails. Administers employee onboarding, offboarding, personnel files, leave registers, and HR documentation. Requires strong Excel skills, Australian payroll knowledge, confidentiality, and willingness to work onsite in Ortigas during weekday day shifts.

Leads the People & Culture function, developing HR strategy and advising senior leaders. Oversees employee relations, engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, learning and development, compliance, audits, governance, and team leadership. Ensures adherence to Philippine labor laws, manages HR service delivery and records, supports stakeholder and client concerns, and uses HR systems, reporting, and analytics to inform business decisions.

Own and govern the global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance template across multiple legal entities. Lead finance configuration, change governance, rollouts, production support, period-close assistance, issue resolution, and localization. Translate accounting and business requirements into ERP solutions, coordinate Finance, IT, stakeholders, and implementation partners, and transition support capabilities in-house through knowledge transfer, documentation, training, and process governance.

Manage end-to-end AP and AR using Xero, including invoice processing, payment runs, reconciliations, invoicing, month-end support, and maintaining financial records across Xero, Odoo, and Monday.com.
