Processes and allocates customer payments, reconciles bank and retail transactions, prepares receipts and credit notes, investigates discrepancies, and maintains accurate accounts receivable records. The role supports high-volume cash management using Oracle ERP and Microsoft Excel, collaborates with credit and sales teams, follows internal controls, and provides general finance administration.

Manages end-to-end HubSpot email marketing, automation, lead nurturing, segmentation, CRM data, reporting, and campaign optimization. Supports inbound demand generation, sales enablement, prospecting automation, online reputation management, LinkedIn content, executive thought leadership, customer advocacy, and case studies. Uses marketing data and AI-enabled tools to improve lead quality, conversions, brand credibility, and measurable business outcomes.

Manage HubSpot CRM records, conduct data-quality reviews, verify client contacts, support communications, coordinate engagement activities, and track follow-ups. The role also assists with reporting, workflows, client gifts, supplier communications, quotes, and order administration. Success requires strong organization, attention to detail, professional communication, accurate recordkeeping, cross-functional coordination, and discretion with confidential information.

Manages Australian and multi-country finance operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll support, reconciliations, GST and BAS preparation, employee expenses, invoicing, Xero records, and month-end close. The role also validates timesheets and project billing data, coordinates outsourced payroll providers in Malaysia and India, maintains financial documentation, and supports compliance and finance-team continuity.

Leads paid digital acquisition and performance marketing across Google, Microsoft, and Meta for Australian and New Zealand e-commerce markets. Owns campaign strategy, execution, budget allocation, optimization, tracking, attribution, SEO growth, email marketing, reporting, and commercial performance. Collaborates with web and design teams on Shopify websites, landing pages, product feeds, and conversion improvements while providing strategic direction to management.

Supports month-end accounting, accruals, prepayments, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, operating reports, BAS and FBT returns, inventory accounting, and ad hoc financial analysis. Works with Management and Commercial Accountants across Australian operations while ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and expense coding. The role is fully onsite in Ortigas on a Monday-to-Friday dayshift schedule.

Own and govern the global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance template across multiple legal entities. Lead finance configuration, change governance, rollouts, production support, period-close assistance, issue resolution, and localization. Translate accounting and business requirements into ERP solutions, coordinate Finance, IT, stakeholders, and implementation partners, and transition support capabilities in-house through knowledge transfer, documentation, training, and process governance.
