Create and optimise SEO- and AEO-driven content across multiple business divisions, produce blogs, landing pages, and social assets, translate technical waste services into clear copy, build topical authority and internal linking, collaborate with stakeholders and sales, track performance, and produce simple visuals using Canva/Adobe to support content distribution and conversions.

Handle high-volume accounts payable operations including invoice processing, reconciliations, payment runs, inbox management, and maintaining accurate financial records. Ensure strong controls, verify authorisations, identify suspicious transactions, and support broader finance tasks within a property, hospitality, and development environment.

Provide frontline claims support in a mechanical breakdown warranty and insurance environment: handle high-volume inbound enquiries, assist with lodgement and documentation, update claim records, escalate and coordinate with claims team, maintain compliance and service standards, and support distressed or escalated customers with professionalism.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable including processing high-volume supplier invoices, coding to GL and cost centres, preparing payments, performing reconciliations, resolving discrepancies, supporting month-end accruals and maintaining accurate supplier records while ensuring compliance with policies and GST requirements.

Serve as first point of contact for high-volume inbound customer enquiries across phone, email, and tickets. Resolve Tier 1 issues, manage account, payment and billing requests, update records in Zendesk/CRM, escalate complex issues, meet SLAs, participate in training, and contribute to process improvements while supporting finance-related admin tasks.

Design and produce digital and print marketing assets, social content, website updates, EDMs, and short-form multimedia; ensure brand consistency, collaborate with marketing/stakeholders, manage files, and support campaign execution.
