Supports month-end accounting, accruals, prepayments, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, operating reports, BAS and FBT returns, inventory accounting, and ad hoc financial analysis. Works with Management and Commercial Accountants across Australian operations while ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and expense coding. The role is fully onsite in Ortigas on a Monday-to-Friday dayshift schedule.

Manage day-to-day finance operations for an Australian business, including accounts payable, payroll support, reconciliations, Xero transactions, GST and BAS preparation, employee expenses, customer invoicing, and month-end close. The role also validates timesheets and project billing data, maintains accurate records, reviews outsourced payroll outputs, supports statutory compliance, documents procedures, and collaborates with finance and operational stakeholders.

Supports month-end accounting, accruals, prepayments, general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations, operating reports, BAS and FBT returns, inventory accounting, and ad hoc financial analysis. The role works with Management and Commercial Accountants across Australian operations and requires strong Excel skills, accounting knowledge, numerical accuracy, and experience in commercial accounting.
