Lead end-to-end editing of long-form YouTube and multicam podcast content, manage multicam audio/video syncing and timelines, create social cutdowns and captions, perform audio clean-up and motion graphics, organise assets and collaborate with editorial and creative teams to meet brand standards and deadlines.

Provide frontline claims support in a mechanical breakdown warranty and insurance environment: handle high-volume inbound enquiries, assist with lodgement and documentation, update claim records, escalate and coordinate with claims team, maintain compliance and service standards, and support distressed or escalated customers with professionalism.

Serve as first point of contact for high-volume inbound customer enquiries across phone, email, and tickets. Resolve Tier 1 issues, manage account, payment and billing requests, update records in Zendesk/CRM, escalate complex issues, meet SLAs, participate in training, and contribute to process improvements while supporting finance-related admin tasks.
