It partners with infrastructure, platform, sales, and solution teams to support service growth, customer retention, and expansion while developing managers and future leaders.

Lead consultative pre-sales architecture for managed services spanning infrastructure, cloud, networking, endpoints, identity, and security. Conduct discovery, design profitable solutions, develop technical proposals and business cases, lead executive presentations, define scope and service levels, support procurement, and transition sold solutions to delivery. Oversees endpoint lifecycle, configuration, break/fix, asset recovery, and decommissioning services while partnering with sales, architecture, marketing, operations, OEMs, and executives. Develops scalable offerings, supports solution scoping and go-to-market execution, improves delivery consistency and customer experience, and provides forecasts and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Administer, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve customer-facing security platforms. Handle Tier 3 escalations, investigate outages, support onboarding, execute upgrades and production changes, improve automation and reliability, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with security, IT, vendors, and engineering teams. The role requires strong Windows, networking, identity, cloud, and security platform knowledge, along with independent judgment and careful change management.
