Leads sales enablement for the level-funded health insurance market by analyzing sales performance, delivering actionable insights, improving productivity, developing onboarding and training programs, coordinating sales and broker events, and supporting change management. Map stakeholder journeys, deliver communications, training, readiness metrics and OKRs, embed OCM into agile delivery, coordinate cutover and post-go-live reinforcement, and align partners and governance to drive measurable adoption.

Drive new business sales for voluntary benefits by building consultative relationships with brokers, agents and distributors across Arizona and New Mexico. 10-week hybrid actuarial internship supporting Small Business and Voluntary Benefits. Tasks include preparing actuarial reports, data summarization in Excel, pricing, experience analysis, forecasting, reviewing statements, and participating in team projects under actuary supervision.
