10-week hybrid actuarial internship supporting Small Business and Voluntary Benefits. Tasks include preparing actuarial reports, data summarization in Excel, pricing, experience analysis, forecasting, reviewing statements, and participating in team projects under actuary supervision.

Lead solution engineering for the implementation of Majesco Policy Administration System focusing on policy administration functions. Collaborate with engineers to develop AI solutions and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.

Process incoming paper and digital mail, scan and index documents into the G360 imaging system, create cases in Dynamics, handle undeliverable and refund checks, compile and encrypt policy documents, update addresses, and support teams with document retrieval and mailing tasks. Work initially reviewed by supervisor.

Lead production underwriting and operations for small group and level-funded health business. Set underwriting strategy, design scalable processes, drive data-driven insights, partner with sales and cross-functional teams, and manage and develop a high-performing underwriting and operations team to achieve disciplined, profitable growth.

Provide new business sales support by preparing group underwriting submissions, gathering missing information, updating MARK proposals, liaising with brokers, sales and underwriting, maintaining detailed Dynamics CRM case notes, monitoring premium receipt, processing proposals, and delivering welcome materials and temporary ID cards.

Perform manual and automated testing of enrollment systems (Selerix, Common Census, third-party systems). Analyze case requirements, state rules, underwriting offers; identify, document, and report defects; conduct hot fix/smoke/UAT testing; improve test processes; assist training; manage workload and project tasks; communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Lead cross-functional coordination and delivery of voluntary benefits products, ensuring operational readiness, compliance, and governance. Manage product launches, enhancements, vendor integrations, and state-specific requirements. Produce market and competitive analysis, monitor performance metrics, recommend improvements, and train product managers and administrators to ensure consistent, scalable execution and successful adoption.

Prepare and consolidate GAAP and statutory (STAT) financial statements, complete complex NAIC and industry surveys, perform variance analysis, reconcile accounts, research accounting pronouncements, support audits, and implement process improvements for accurate regulatory and external reporting.

Lead enterprise IT infrastructure strategy and operations, ensuring reliability, modernization, and service delivery across cloud, data center, network, identity, database, and end-user platforms. Oversee build execution, vendor/MSP governance, ITSM/ITIL/SIAM practices, operational readiness, incident and change management, automation, observability, and continual improvement. Support underwriting and new business operations by entering and managing group data across systems, processing renewals, ordering documentation, auditing for compliance, contacting groups for medical questionnaires, and providing administrative and QA support to underwriting teams and partners.

Coordinate proposal preparation: receive requests, set up case files, verify data accuracy, run reports, and forward materials to Underwriting. Learn VB products and review processes and forms to identify improvement opportunities.

Prepare and analyze internal, external, and regulatory reports related to financial statements under statutory and GAAP standards. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Manage audits, variance analysis, and regulatory responses.

Lead technical strategy, deployment, governance, and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and related M365 AI/security platforms. Design solutions, run POCs, define standards, partner with Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, Dev, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, governed, and optimized Copilot and M365 operations across cloud and on-premises environments.

Drive new business sales by building consultative partnerships with brokers, agents, and distributors for voluntary benefits. Prospect, manage pipeline, deliver presentations, influence RFPs, and expand accounts. Coordinate with internal teams (implementation, underwriting, marketing), use Salesforce for reporting and forecasting, monitor competitive landscape, and contribute to sales planning and product development.

Lead organizational change for a multiyear Voluntary Benefits transformation, designing and executing people-centered change strategies for platform adoption, process redesign, data/integration, and digital experiences. Map stakeholder journeys, deliver communications, training, readiness metrics and OKRs, embed OCM into agile delivery, coordinate cutover and post-go-live reinforcement, and align partners and governance to drive measurable adoption.

Drive new business sales for voluntary benefits by building consultative relationships with brokers, agents and distributors across Arizona and New Mexico. Manage pipeline, forecasts and reporting (Salesforce), collaborate with internal teams, deliver presentations, influence RFPs, and meet annual sales and growth objectives.
