Start as a pipeline-focused BDR generating and qualifying opportunities via outbound prospecting. Book discovery meetings, engage ecommerce/retail decision makers, and build qualified pipeline. After ~6 months transition to closing: run demos, manage smaller deals end-to-end, participate in negotiations, and close sales.

Configure AI agents, prompts, and workflows for customers; translate requirements into scalable AI solutions; troubleshoot AI outputs using logs/SQL/Python; validate data quality and create test cases; collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver implementations.

Work directly with B2B SaaS customers to onboard, structure, and improve product data. Build simple POCs, drive adoption and satisfaction, support renewals, identify expansion, and feed customer insights to product and engineering.
