Paid 8–10 week summer internship supporting the Sales team at a fintech fixed-income trading platform. The intern will learn about institutional clients and corporate bond markets, shadow sales conversations, contribute to meaningful projects, improve sales workflows, synthesize data, and present insights to the team. The role is in-person in New York City and emphasizes communication, relationship building, technology, finance, and proactive problem-solving.

Own technology compliance and security operations across AI governance, SOC 2, risk assessments, incident response, business continuity, vulnerability management, access reviews, and penetration testing. Manage client security questionnaires, vendor assessments, third-party risk, and audit coordination while monitoring security tools and coordinating remediation with engineering. Advise clients, auditors, regulators, legal teams, and compliance stakeholders on technical security matters.

The Senior Data Engineer will design and implement scalable data models in BigQuery using dbt for analytics and reporting, ensuring data governance and optimal performance.

As a member of the EM Sales team, you will manage client relationships, identify new accounts, demo the trading platform, and facilitate trades, while developing industry awareness and market intelligence.

Design, build, test, and maintain low-latency, high-throughput trading services on an Aeron-based platform. Expand trading protocol features, migrate workflows to the new stack, optimize performance and scalability, support production reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while using AI-assisted development tools.

The role involves managing Integration Product by facilitating communication between teams, ensuring delivery progress, and handling product specifications and documentation.
