Serve as enterprise Workday product owner: own roadmap and backlog, prioritize across HR/Finance/other domains, govern platform changes, partner with stakeholders, support adoption, data integrity, and platform strategy.

Serves as a strategic Learning and Development partner for assigned business areas. Consults with leaders to diagnose capability gaps, distinguish training needs from process or operational issues, and create learning strategies tied to business outcomes. Uses operational data, employee feedback, and quality insights to recommend solutions, collaborates on learning initiatives, and evaluates impact through measurable success metrics. Supports frontline and member-facing teams across branch operations, contact centers, lending, and related functions.

Serve as Truliant's market-facing SBA 7(a) expert, build referral partnerships, screen and structure SBA loan opportunities, prepare deal workups, and coordinate with underwriting, closing, and portfolio teams to move loans from origination to closing while maintaining borrower and partner communication.
