Lead operations for the insurance premium finance division including accounting oversight, regulatory compliance, cost control, vendor management, staff training and development, KPI reporting, process benchmarking, and resolving complex operational issues to ensure productivity and efficiency.

Originate and structure SBA 7(a) loans by developing external referral partnerships, screening deals for SBA eligibility, preparing analysis and transaction narratives, coordinating internal underwriting and closings, and managing borrower relationships through closing and servicing.
