Originate and structure SBA 7(a) loans by developing external referral partnerships, screening deals for SBA eligibility, preparing analysis and transaction narratives, coordinating internal underwriting and closings, and managing borrower relationships through closing and servicing.

Sell premium finance solutions by prospecting agencies, carriers, and agents; build relationships with decision-makers; develop proposals, negotiate contracts, close deals; maintain pipeline, collaborate with internal teams, and provide sales forecasts and reports.

Lead operations for the insurance premium finance division including accounting oversight, regulatory compliance, cost control, vendor management, staff training and development, KPI reporting, process benchmarking, and resolving complex operational issues to ensure productivity and efficiency.

Sell premium finance solutions to agencies, carriers, and general agents across the NY/Long Island/Southern CT territory. Generate leads, build and maintain pipelines, develop tailored proposals, negotiate and close deals, collaborate with internal teams for onboarding, monitor market trends, and report sales forecasts. Travel locally for client meetings and events.

Responsible for generating and closing business with agencies, carriers, and general agents by prospecting, building relationships, presenting premium finance solutions, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets while coordinating onboarding with internal teams.

Lead the Enterprise PMO and IT change enablement to ensure governance, prioritization, and delivery of complex technology initiatives. Drive readiness, adoption, executive reporting, risk/dependency management, and build high-performing teams to support technology transformations and regulatory compliance within financial services.

Serve as the primary technical administrator and IT steward for the Workday platform, managing tenant environments, security/access controls, integrations, releases, and documentation. Partner with product owners, business admins, and Risk/Compliance/Cyber Security to ensure secure, compliant, scalable configurations, audit readiness, and reliable integrations while coordinating testing, change management, and reporting needs.
