Manage personal insurance accounts and policy service requests, including endorsements, coverage changes, cancellations, binders, and premium follow-up. Communicate with clients, carriers, and insurance agents; maintain accurate documentation; identify coverage needs and cross-sell opportunities; and support timely, high-quality client service. The role also requires learning rating products and agency processes while handling multiple priorities independently.

Conduct UX research and usability testing for digital banking experiences. Analyze member feedback, usage data, and test results to identify friction and recommend improvements. Create user journeys and stakeholder presentations, validate features, support accessibility and consistent design, and collaborate with product teams, business partners, and vendors to improve member-facing digital services.

Designs and implements secure network, system, cloud, and virtualized architectures. Assesses vulnerabilities and threats, develops mitigation strategies, and leads incident response through remediation. Partners with IT, business teams, and external parties to manage risk, support audits, apply regulatory frameworks, improve security awareness, and strengthen incident response and security governance.

Develops new business for premium finance solutions by prospecting agencies, carriers, and general agents; builds client relationships, presents and negotiates solutions, closes opportunities, supports onboarding, monitors market trends, and provides sales forecasts. Requires professional sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and an associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field.

Serve as enterprise Workday product owner: own roadmap and backlog, prioritize across HR/Finance/other domains, govern platform changes, partner with stakeholders, support adoption, data integrity, and platform strategy.

Leads multiple mortgage-related projects from concept through implementation, coordinating scope, timelines, stakeholders, business units, vendors, and technology teams. Improves mortgage processes, workflows, operational efficiency, training, and member experience while supporting strategic growth. Requires strong mortgage expertise, project leadership, stakeholder influence, analytical skills, and knowledge of mortgage products, agency guidelines, and wholesale lending channels.

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. Drive employee engagement, retention, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, succession planning, change management, and HR compliance using data and coaching.

Serve as Truliant's market-facing SBA 7(a) expert, build referral partnerships, screen and structure SBA loan opportunities, prepare deal workups, and coordinate with underwriting, closing, and portfolio teams to move loans from origination to closing while maintaining borrower and partner communication.
