Develop and support enterprise AI and process automation solutions, including RPA, workflow automation, conversational AI, document processing, and system integrations. Build reusable workflows, connect enterprise applications through APIs and databases, and manage testing, deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, and production support. Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable solutions while following CI/CD, Agile, DevSecOps, secure coding, and governance practices.

Manage a portfolio of distressed SBA and commercial loans from early warning through resolution. Evaluate borrower viability, collateral, guarantor support, and recovery options; develop workout, restructuring, liquidation, settlement, bankruptcy, and collection strategies. Coordinate borrowers, legal counsel, appraisers, auctioneers, and internal partners while protecting SBA guaranties, maintaining audit-ready documentation, resolving servicing exceptions, and reporting portfolio risk and expected losses.

Process and reconcile semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll, including taxes, deductions, garnishments, bonuses, commissions, and reporting. Audit Workday data, research discrepancies, answer payroll questions, train managers, maintain records, support compliance, and collaborate with employees, HR, managers, and vendors. The role requires strong payroll tax knowledge, Excel skills, data analysis, communication, organization, and confidentiality.
