Leads multiple mortgage-related projects from concept through implementation, coordinating scope, timelines, stakeholders, business units, vendors, and technology teams. Improves mortgage processes, workflows, operational efficiency, training, and member experience while supporting strategic growth. Requires strong mortgage expertise, project leadership, stakeholder influence, analytical skills, and knowledge of mortgage products, agency guidelines, and wholesale lending channels.

Designs and implements secure network, system, cloud, and virtualized architectures. Assesses vulnerabilities and threats, develops mitigation strategies, and leads incident response through remediation. Partners with IT, business teams, and external parties to manage risk, support audits, apply regulatory frameworks, improve security awareness, and strengthen incident response and security governance.

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. Drive employee engagement, retention, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, succession planning, change management, and HR compliance using data and coaching.
