Lead end-to-end product design for an AI-powered coaching platform: translate ambiguous concepts into cohesive UX, run usability testing, iterate from data and research, own the design system, define visual identity and interaction patterns, mentor designers, and validate AI-integrated interfaces inside real games.

Work directly with founders to drive strategic analysis, market research, and quantitative business cases; build operating processes, OKRs, and cross-functional execution; support partnerships, BD, and investor storytelling.

Lead product discovery, define metrics, run experiments and analyze product usage to inform strategy. Translate user insights into prioritized requirements, write specs, manage JIRA, coordinate Design/Eng/Marketing, and support launches to drive activation, retention, and revenue.

Work with founders on strategic initiatives, market analysis, and business cases; build operating processes, drive cross-functional projects, support partnerships, and craft executive communications to scale an AI coaching platform for gamers.

Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-powered coaching products across mobile apps, overlays, and partner ecosystems. Deliver polished prototypes, embeddable UI components and SDKs; iterate using usability testing and product/data insights. Expand and apply the design system, collaborate closely with engineers to ship high-quality implementations, and adapt game-focused patterns to new verticals while validating UIs in live gaming environments.

Lead user research, define product requirements, and drive data-informed experiments. Partner with design, engineering, and marketing to scope, execute, and launch features. Own success metrics, dashboards, and funnels; analyze usage (SQL, Mixpanel) to connect product changes to conversion, retention, and revenue. Engage gaming communities for insights and iterate quickly in a fast-moving startup.
