Manages UK and European commercial real estate loan portfolios from drawdown through redemption. Responsibilities include reviewing finance documents, maintaining financial models, tracking loan conditions and milestones, coordinating borrower and lender reporting, processing transfers, calculating lender splits, managing drawdowns, supporting restructurings and amendments, reviewing back-office calculations, and instructing valuations. The role requires independent judgment, strong organization, analytical ability, accurate execution, and effective stakeholder communication.

Supports research on economic, real estate, and financial trends by organizing and evaluating data, developing quantitative and qualitative analyses, maintaining internal databases, and preparing market reports, presentations, webinars, and written content. Leads DevOps and cloud engineering capabilities supporting regulated financial services workloads. Responsibilities include designing and operating secure Azure infrastructure, advancing CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices, managing Docker containerized applications, improving observability and incident response, optimizing cloud costs through FinOps, coordinating releases, and partnering with security, business, engineering, and vendor teams.

Leads global talent management, learning, leadership development, performance management, succession planning, and workforce capability initiatives. Partners with HR business partners and business leaders to assess needs, design scalable programs, manage the LMS, and use analytics to measure impact.
