Oversee diversified commercial real estate loan portfolios (whole loans, syndicated loans, CMBS) across stabilized, construction, and transitional assets. Perform independent reviews of loan documents and third-party reports, monitor servicer performance, manage loan data and certifications, conduct market and financial analysis, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Oversee tax monitoring and timely payments for commercial real estate loans, perform escrow analyses, generate securitization reports, conduct QA reviews, manage borrower refunds and collateral updates, coordinate with offshore teams and vendors, provide training, and improve compliance and operational processes through reporting and recommendations.

Lead resolution and oversight of a portfolio of non-performing and REO commercial real estate assets. Analyze financials and valuation models, manage borrower and investor relationships, coordinate vendors, monitor performance against budgets, develop recovery strategies, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with servicing standards.
