Lead enterprise automation and AI strategy: design and deliver scalable intelligent automation, document processing, API integrations, and ML/NLP solutions; build reusable frameworks and an AI Center of Excellence; recruit and mentor teams; establish model governance, validation, monitoring, and controls; advise executives on automation opportunities and industry trends.

Own strategy, roadmap, governance, and lifecycle for NetSuite, UKG, Concur and related ERP apps. Partner with Finance and HR, translate business needs into scalable solutions, manage integrations, vendors, upgrades, security, data integrity, testing, and change management while driving continuous improvement and KPIs.

Manage a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral UK/European CRE loans from drawdown to redemption. Review finance documents, create financial models, monitor conditions and milestones, liaise with borrowers, lenders and counsel, process transfers and waterfalls, calculate drawdowns and lender splits, and instruct valuations while ensuring compliance and timely servicing.
